Continuity mistake: Naomi goes into the area with no oxygen. She is not wearing her helmet front shield. Yet in the next cut she is wearing it. (00:08:20)
Continuity mistake: Throughout the series, the Barbers pull their cars straight up their driveway. But the cars are nearly always shown coming back down the driveway driving forward.

Continuity mistake: When Weol-ju and the old lady are having a drink outside the supermarket, in the shot where she says "It seems like your parents raised you well", the position of her fingers change on the plastic cup she is holding when it cuts between different angles. In one shot, her fingers are placed along the side, but in the shot after, one finger is placed on the lid, then all fingers are placed on the side again. (00:09:35)
Continuity mistake: When talking on the roof at the start, the guy in green has his hands in his apron pockets when being told the security cameras are off. Cut to a wider shot and his arms are folded instead.
Continuity mistake: A man is shown throwing a lit cigarette at some mannequins located on the front lawn of a house at a test site. Later, the lit cigarette is discovered by Capt. Quinn conveniently and neatly placed on a concrete curb. (00:11:00 - 00:14:10)
Continuity mistake: When Irina meets XIII on the river dock, she leaves her car, closes the driver side door and walks to XIII. Moments later, when XIII is shot, she runs back to her car, where the door is wide open.

Continuity mistake: In episode 3 or 4, one of the characters is knocked out and lying on the floor in the Russian sub. He is on the 'left' side of the shot most times he is shown, but occasionally he's on the right.

Continuity mistake: When Rian and Mira are on the Spy glass, he understands she just invited him to Dreamfast. When she answers "Yes! I mean...if you wanted to?" his hair is suddenly all the way behind the sword's handle, when it wasn't in the shot before. (00:09:45)

Continuity mistake: The characters are looking at the Ten Little Soldiers. When one of them (playing the role of Blore) is banging on the glass, you can see the hands of the mystery writer ("Lombard") leaning against the base. He's leaning on the top of the display case in the next shot. (00:22:10)

Continuity mistake: The first time Peter is inside the memory with his mother, two ornamental flags can be seen hanging on a wall next to a light switch as they talk in the living room. One of these flags suddenly turns roughly 45° to the left without anyone touching it. (00:07:33)
Continuity mistake: Christian is wearing a blue polo shirt, standing outside the luxury van in which Letty and Javier are being held captive. When he gets in the van, from that point on he is wearing a tan jacket over his shirt.
