Continuity mistake: Myron enters his own office after bailing the Simons out, and tells them to get out. Rick, sitting on his chair, lowers the hand with a cigar, but in the reverse shot Gerald McRaney is still smoking it, it's right in his mouth. (00:19:00)

The Hottest Guy in Town - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: It's stated in the pilot episode that Syndey married Raymond first. Yet in episode two it's said Carole married him first.

Continuity mistake: Throughout the series, the Barbers pull their cars straight up their driveway. But the cars are nearly always shown coming back down the driveway driving forward.

Continuity mistake: When Jake's dad sets down the bottle of liquor in the close-up shot after the talent show, the bottle is quite full, with the liquor level being right under the little insignia on the bottle. When it cuts to the wide shot, suddenly there's less liquor in the bottle, with the liquid being about 2-3" below the insignia.

Continuity mistake: A whimpering housemaid rushes down the stairway, frightened by an intruder on the second floor. Doctor Watson gallantly charges upstairs to investigate, plunging his left hand into the right side of his jacket to retrieve his trusty Webley revolver as he advances on the camera. However, the shot immediately cuts to Watson withdrawing the revolver with his right hand from the left side of his jacket. (00:29:55)

Continuity mistake: Joanna Lumley has long hair tied back while driving her car but much shorter hair subsequently.

Two by Two - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: When Alicia presents the slingshot trajectory, Eva says the solar sails will provide "more than enough" power to reach the planet with the U238. Shortly after the sails are deployed, the edge of one of them is damaged, causing the ship to lose enough power to start dropping back to the star. But you can see that about 1/10 of one of the six sails is damaged, or 1.7% of the entire sail array. How is "more than enough" reduced to "not enough" when they lose such a small part of the sails? Continuity mistake: Ivy's grip on the glass shard changes between shots; at first the thumb is not visible, then the hand is positioned differently. (00:19:55)

Continuity mistake: The paramedics zip up a red body bag containing Helen, who was killed in the fire. But they wheel out a black body bag a few minutes later.

End. Begin. All the Same. - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Rian and Mira are on the Spy glass, he understands she just invited him to Dreamfast. When she answers "Yes! I mean...if you wanted to?" his hair is suddenly all the way behind the sword's handle, when it wasn't in the shot before. (00:09:45)

La Rochelle - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: S1E1 La Rochelle. Kate is the new First Officer of the cruise ship, later she introduces herself as First Mate - a much lower rank.

Continuity mistake: Cliff has Charlie's phone when she tells them about sending King the recording. Charlie has her phone again at the bar.

Continuity mistake: When Irina meets XIII on the river dock, she leaves her car, closes the driver side door and walks to XIII. Moments later, when XIII is shot, she runs back to her car, where the door is wide open.

Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: The characters are looking at the Ten Little Soldiers. When one of them (playing the role of Blore) is banging on the glass, you can see the hands of the mystery writer ("Lombard") leaning against the base. He's leaning on the top of the display case in the next shot. (00:22:10)

Split Second to an Epitaph: Part 2 - S2-E3
Continuity mistake: When originally interviewed, Ironside holds up the police sketch. It is evident that it still is a bit rough as it has a line across the eyebrows. Later in the televised broadcast, the picture is completed, no roughness at all.

Continuity mistake: In episode 3 or 4, one of the characters is knocked out and lying on the floor in the Russian sub. He is on the 'left' side of the shot most times he is shown, but occasionally he's on the right.

Testimony of Evil (Dead Men Don't Laugh) - S1-E6
Continuity mistake: At the start, the glass on the left is poisoned. The guy picks up the glass on the right, but still ends up dying.

Continuity mistake: In "Rond Point," while Alberto and Santos are talking about Harvard, the position of Santos's arms changes between shots.
