It's My Party and I'll Die If I Want to - S2-E13
Continuity mistake: When Aidan is put in the casket at the end of the episode, his hands are tied behind his back, but when he is dug up in the next episode they are untied in front of him.

The Town Where No One Got Off - S1-E4
Visible crew/equipment: The overhead boom mic dips into the scene as the old man is speaking.

Continuity mistake: When Will Parry visits his grandparents, the grandmother is sitting on the sofa next to Will's grandfather. The grandmother's position keeps changing from sitting right next to him to being further apart.

Continuity mistake: The professor knocks a hole in the side of a tunnel and hot water and steam gush out. The group is then distracted by a boulder traveling through the tunnel. After the boulder passes, there is no longer any steam or water gushing from the hole in the wall.

Plot hole: During "the changes" people fear machinery, but the woman who pulls back her curtains to watch Nicky and the sikhs go past is wearing a watch.

Other mistake: Jesus leaves his home with a double barrel break-action shotgun and an ammunition belt holding extra shot-shells. In the next scene Jesus is walking in the street with the shotgun and no ammunition belt, it magically vanished. The shotgun only has a capacity for 2 shot-shells, then it needs to be reloaded, or it can be reloaded after one is only fired, that procedure is called a top-off. He fires 1 round at the mayor and two inside Elena's home which makes three. He never reloads. (00:32:50 - 00:34:40)

Continuity mistake: The three friends finally meet in person after all the texting. Karube brings a cigarette to his mouth when Chota asks "Where to?", but in the next shot his hand is lower. (00:07:15)

Continuity mistake: When Elizabeth starts weeping, her bodysuit is torn above her left breast with a single tear. Post-credits Meliodas asks her to join him; now that torn spot is split in two - the first time the bit of fabric that separates the two spaces was already severed. (00:17:40 - 00:22:30)

Continuity mistake: When Luke and the others arrive at Gateway, there's a Smart car with its doors wide open. When they start walking and the shot changes, the doors are now hardly open. The doors keep changing position depending on the shot thereafter.

Revealing mistake: Whenever Isis has to do jumps you can tell it's not her but a stunt double.

Continuity mistake: When Adam gets angry at Joan in the art room because of the camera, his half-made sculpture is sitting on the desk. When he grabs his bag toward the end of the scene, he accidentally knocks it over, unbalancing it. But in the next shot it's balanced again, then suddenly it's unbalanced. This happens several times between shots, and can even be seen in one shot before he knocks it over.

Plane Death - S1-E14
Deliberate mistake: When the bad guy goes to smash a table onto Michael Landon notice the plate of glass in front of him, visible. The glass is there so Landon doesn't get hurt and to make the table break into pieces in front of him.

Episode #1.2 - S1-E2
Other mistake: The very first word of the opening title contains an embarrassing typo, considering it's the name of the main character: It reads "Maud'Dib", instead of "Muad'Dib".

Continuity mistake: In the final showdown between the Queen and Alice, in the wide shot, you initially see the Ten of Clubs standing beside the Queen, but when it moves to close-up, he has disappeared from her side, only to run into the scene behind Jack and Duchess moments later. (02:52:45)

Revealing mistake: During the opening theme, when the children are watching the magician, you can tell they were not actually filmed together. The magician scenes are filmed more professionally using a sharper tape or film image, whereas the children scenes look more like a standard fuzzier film-type such as on a projector (primarily used at that time).

The Frankenstein Murders - S1-E5
Factual error: When Mary looks at the newspaper, it says "Tuesday, March 31, 1827." But that was a Saturday.

Revealing mistake: The ghosts often cast shadows.
Suggested correction: You can also hear their footsteps. But I'm not sure this is a mistake, just their own perception. Within the ghostly world they appear and act just like they would in life.
The ghosts are manifestations of energy, therefore they have no physical body to block light. Even if in the ghostly world, physics are physics and there should be no shadows.

Take Me out to the Ballgame - S4-E3
Revealing mistake: When the fat guys are running down to stop the bad guys, you can see the blue safety mat that they land on just after jumping. (00:37:00)

Continuity mistake: An employee is asked to leave the computer lab, he actually exits it twice. (00:11:15)
