Other mistake: The battle droids - including the commando droids featured here - habitually have two broad fingers and a thumb. So how can a commando droid squeeze itself completely into clone trooper armor without its broad fingers tearing open the gloves, since it can't separate its fingers?
Continuity mistake: When Anakin prepares for take-off, C-3PO and R2 can be seen standing right by his fighter. But as he takes off, they can suddenly be seen standing by Padmé - several floors above.
Continuity mistake: All shots of the Jeep Cherokee prior to it crashing (and during the process of flipping over) show that it wears factory-optional silver steel wheels of a 'star' style. But as the wreck settles upside-down, it's wearing plain steel wheels (like those found under full wheel covers or on a spare tire).
Character mistake: Referring to the US, Russian and Chinese governments, the admiral says that "Washington, Moscow and Shanghai" have been informed. The capital of China is Beijing.
Murder Ain't What It Used to Be! - S1-E7
Revealing mistake: Jeannie is not supposed to see Marty at all, but when she is in her flat and she is getting up off her sofa, she is seen walking around him, as if she can see him.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Rube shakes hands with the animal protesters, he is not wearing the trash bag while shaking their hands. He is wearing the trash bag immediately before and after. (00:04:45)
Suggested correction: He is wearing the trash bag because one of the posters commits on it.
Continuity mistake: When Sam is in the bathroom holding up two sample paint chips, in the first shot she's holding up the yellow in her left hand and the blue in her right hand, but in the next shot they've switched and are in the opposite hands, just as Jay arrives with the coffee.
Continuity mistake: Tenaya 7 is running on the treadmill in flat sandals with tan straps, she then has flat sandals with black straps as she fights the guards.
Continuity mistake: The first four episodes of season two have absolutely no continuity with the show. Prime examples are the fact that Shendu exists again as a statue which had been confirmed to be destroyed in "The Day of the Dragon", the final episode of season one. Next during "The Warrior Incarnate" it is mentioned that not all the talismans were in fact present, such as the dog talisman, when all talismans must have been found, or the events that escalated during the final episode of season one would never of happened. This problem is the extended during the next episode where Jackie Chan discovers the snake talisman in some sort of Brazilian temple - he had already learned of the snake talisman by stealing it from the museum quite early on in season one. The final continuity error is that Tohru goes from friend to foe and then back to friend as if the first four episodes of season two never happened.
Suggested correction: These were "flashback" episodes, not "they never happened" episodes.
Continuity mistake: When Raven telekinetically reassembles the broken chime bead necklace, it has about nine beads and is rather tight, but before and after that the necklaces feature about 13 or 14 beads and are wide enough to fit around the others' necks.

Continuity mistake: When Roger is dancing in Skeeter's yard, he changes color.
Revealing mistake: "Alan a Dale": Lady Mildred rides side-saddle. But when Gisburne gallops away with her, some shots reveal that the stunt woman riding the fast-moving horse is astride it full straddle. Her skirt is blown back just enough to see a brief glimpse of the stunt rider's real leg on the horse's right, and the fake pair of legs in side-saddle position on its left. Continuity mistake: Depth Charge fights Rampage on the beach. Throughout the whole episode, Depth Charge has four fingers. But in a shot when DC doubles over in pain to clutch his wounds, he has five fingers.
Continuity mistake: When Cassie is in the headmaster's office, her red pencil case keeps changing position from being held up clutched to her chest with her folder, to being in her lap.

Continuity mistake: When Kitty goes to get a midnight snack, her hair is down. But a few shots later, her hair is up in a ponytail.
An Impossible Silence - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: When Catherine enters the precinct station, the desk sergeant places a small white file box on the counter. There's nothing else sitting next to this, but when the shot reverses, a tall black police radio with an antenna sticking up has appeared there. (00:16:10)
Continuity mistake: The six Rangers are standing together as Wolfbane is enlarged by Orbis. Kat and Tanya change places when switching from the wide shot, to a closeup of the Rangers.
Other mistake: When Spike is thrown out of the base by Megatron at the end of the episode, Optimus calls him 'Splik'.
Revealing mistake: A recycled shot from an earlier episode causes Bob to enter the room wearing one costume and then suddenly be wearing another when he turns to begin his scene with Dresden and co. (00:11:50)
Continuity mistake: Just after Sydney gets the book snatched from her by the guy in car, her hands stay near her body and don't move, but in the next shot her hands are thrown out to the side to add a surprised effect.
