Visible crew/equipment: When Ned walks upstairs to check on the lady before the bad guy gets killed, behind him is a circular window. A reflecting light can be seen in the window along with what looks to be a boom microphone.
Continuity mistake: Bob Fossil records Howard saying "Gorilla" on his talk box, which Howard does with a downward inflection at the end of the word. However, every time Fossil plays back Howard's "Gorilla", it has an upwards inflection at the end of the word.
Factual error: When Dan goes into the machine for his MRI a light switches on just as his head enters the machine. MRIs have soft muted lights already in the machine (so technician can see the patient via cameras) they want you to rest and be calm to avoid claustrophobia, there are no bright lights. I have had 5 different MRIs in 4 different machines in 2 different states, all were the same. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: When Tummi goes looking for Zummi, Gruffi and Cubbi, he arrives right outside the barrel room. When first seen, the barrel room door is smooth, but in the next close-up the door suddenly has an iron grill window in its surface.
Continuity mistake: When the lab equipment shorts out after the earthquake, the unconscious Major Brothers is lying with his head propped up against the wall. But when Hamilton reaches him in the next shot, he's suddenly lying flat and is nowhere near the wall. (00:21:45)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Mr. H. Makes Bloo wash his hands, Mr. H takes off his gloves and washes his hands then dries them. Notice that as soon as he takes his hands out from underneath the towel his gloves are back on.

Other mistake: When Batman is watching the security footage of Victor Fries' accident, at first Fries is addressing the camera directly which follows him and pans according to his movements and Ferris Boyle interrupting him, which would suggest a second person was in the room with a handheld camera. But after Ferris Boyle enters the room and orders Fries' experiment terminated, there are several cuts from various angles in the room suggesting surveillance cameras. The surveillance style footage also often conveniently cuts to the face of whichever person happens to be speaking or will cut to a certain angle in order to put emphasis on the action, all of which would require multiple mounted cameras and purposeful editing by either Boyle or one of his subordinates, which would be completely illogical since they don't want anyone to see the footage in the first place. Continuity mistake: When Lin lifts the rocks around the house in the final scene, there are eleven of them. But in the last shot, there are only eight rocks.
Continuity mistake: Bash takes his shirt off revealing the wound on his right arm. He starts wrapping it again with cloth and the scene cuts to Kenna. It cuts back quickly to Bash and his bandage is fully tied. There is no way he could accomplish this one handed.
Character mistake: When Ginnifer Goodwin leaves the supermarket to go the parking garage, the green sign says 1 hour parking Customer's Only. It should say Customers Only, without the apostrophe.
Continuity mistake: Invasion 2021 Season 1 Episode 10 While riding in a car with Hitomi's father, he recalls that she loved a compass she had. She would take it everywhere and loved to follow the red arrow north. But later, when Hitomi's girlfriend finds the compass among her things, the arrow is black with a white tip.
Other mistake: A time card reads 6,000,002 BC, when it should've read "60,000,002 BC". (00:07:12)

Visible crew/equipment: When Lee is being interrogated, at one point (after the detective says "Are you crazy?") the detective walks towards the large two-way mirror and you can see a clear reflection of a cameraman in the lower part of the mirror. (00:27:31)
Revealing mistake: The eyes of the actor playing Gideon the robot can be seen through the eye slits of the robot mask in some shots.
Here There Be Monsters - S1-E10
Plot hole: The female police officer has a theory that Johnny was the Strangler in the case the papers claimed he helped solve but this hardly makes sense. If she was researching him as was seen in the episode, surely it would have said something about Johnny being in a coma during the bulk of the murders since the story was about Johnny.
Character mistake: Tai says "And it started to snow in the middle of July" but later you find out that it takes place on August first.
