Character mistake: In the last episode of Season 1, Rosewood is looking at the autopsy notes from Eddie's death and it says that he was 32. But, in Season 2, Episode 1, when he is looking at his board he made about Eddie's death, an article says he was 28.

Character mistake: The quote on the wall in Bethlem: Mens sana in corpora sano. 'Corpora' would be feminine, whereas 'sano' is masculine. So it should be Mens sana in corporE sano.

No Such Thing as Bad Luck - S7-E18
Character mistake: At the formal awards ceremony for Cruz the Police officers and Cruz are in dress uniform with their covers on. Serveride joins them on stage in uniform without his cover on and salutes Cruz. Serveride should have known to have on his cover for the ceremony. (00:58:00)

Character mistake: When the wife of Lennie James (number 147) says to her husband 'You left the door open' (just after the incident with their daughter), this is wrong. Rewind a few minutes and you will see that there are 3 people: 6, 313 and 147. 147 leaves when his wife says 'Cake's out of the oven!', leaving 6 and 313. 313 leaves, with 6 alone. Then Number 6 leaves the backyard with the door open. Even if she meant the door to the house, he would have to go through it last.

Character mistake: When Geoffrey serves tea after his sassy cough at Vivian's sentence about High Tea not being a sacred institution, the actor messes up when it's time to actually serve tea, with a napkin getting caught in the teacup saucer. Granted, accidents do happen, but it's quite uncharacteristic for the perfect butler Geoffrey is portrayed to be, and simply a flub by Joseph Marcell. (00:17:45)

Character mistake: DS Maxwell comes to Katy's house to interview her but when he introduces himself he says "DI" Maxwell.

Character mistake: Roxy always calls her mother Marda, but in the first episode, she is on the phone with her and she says, "Mom, I gotta go."

Character mistake: Dr. Winter as a private in the Army says he'll probably 'go to the brig' for what he is doing. Brig is a Navy term, stockade is the Army term for jail.

A.K.A I Have No Spleen - S3-E3
Character mistake: Jeri asks Kith what an open marriage is. She's a sexually promiscuous experienced New York lawyer, middle aged...there's zero chance she needs that defined for her.

Character mistake: When Rich refers to the film showing Davis (decades ago), he figures they were in "Asia... Mongolia or somewhere." However, the film cannister had "Tibet, 1937" written on it - important enough to show the audience, but not for the character to read? (00:40:25)

Character mistake: Kamaria Ray thinks back of her son shooting at the Zeon troopers with a mental image that is wrong; Amuro was not shooting from the bed, but from the door. (00:15:20 - 00:19:20)

Episode #1.3 - S1-E3
Character mistake: Richie Gulliver is referred to as Rory Gulliver on the newspaper headline. As he's supposedly a very well-known Member of the Scottish Parliament, it's unlikely a newspaper would make a mistake like this.

Character mistake: Nick asks Janette if she's ever turned anyone else into a vampire - an odd question, considering the fact that he already knows she has. He was there when she brought the baroness across in the 18th Century flashback sequence for "If Looks Could Kill." It's even odder that Janette tells him she's never done it, since she knows that Nick knows she has. Apparently, the only one not in the know here was the scriptwriter.

Character mistake: When April goes to see Hank at his motel, he states her romantic feelings for him are a result of "Nightingale Syndrome," however, the Nightingale Effect is caused by the caregiver developing romantic feelings for the patient, not the other way around.

Character mistake: When Commander Cody says "We'll get right on it", Obi-Wan responds with "No, Captain", calling him by the wrong rank. (00:05:18)

Character mistake: The advertising leaflet for the cemetery misspells it "cemetary" on the front cover.

Children of Earth: Day Two - S3-E2
Character mistake: When lanto is in the park and the children all stop the camera shifts to look at a little girl in pink. But in the top left corner there is a young blonde girl still moving and looks to be silently mouthing a word as she steps off the roundabout. (00:32:08)

Character mistake: Joe called Cruz a Sergeant First Class (E-7), which is a US Army rank. It was established in Season 1 that Cruz is in the US Marine Corps, so she would be a Gunnery Sergeant (E-7). (00:19:48)
