Lovelines (aka The Eddie) - S6-E19
Character mistake: In the scene when Dr. Drew has Joey and Eddie on stage, they are arguing and Joey says that Eddie moved away and dumped her twice. Actually, he only dumped her once, when he moved out of his apartment and back home with his parents. The 2nd time that Joey is referring to is when Eddie moved to California for the writing workshop, which SHE helped and encouraged him to do. So he did not dump her 2 times; she basically pushed for him to leave the 2nd time, yet she acts as though this situation never occurred.
Flashpoint - S1-E5
Character mistake: Chief Pope threatens to take away Lt Flynn's stripes. Lieutenants don't have stripes.

God Is in the Details - S2-E10
Character mistake: When Diane quotes the scripture, she says "Revelations." However, it's just "Revelation." Someone as smart as her who has read the New Testament (or heard it quoted) would know the correct word.
Character mistake: In the 7/19/19 episode, Rafe tells Gabi that, even if she can open the briefcase she stole from Xander, nothing she finds would be admissible in court as evidence, because it is "fruit of the poisonous tree." Rafe is a police officer, but he's wrong about this. The exclusionary rule only applies to searches by police. If a private citizen obtains evidence illegally, such as by trespassing or theft, it actually is generally admissible in court, although the citizen may be subject to prosecution for the illegal action.
One Good Man - S3-E6
Character mistake: After Patton's ex-wife pushes him off the balcony and he lands on the researcher with the gun and the rest of the team come in, someone asks him if he is OK. He says that he is fine, nothing is broken. Other than his arms, ribs or neck how is he going to know that? He is already paralyzed. He can't feel anything.
Looking for Mr. Goodbrain, Part 2 - S3-E13
Character mistake: When Liv and Clive are talking to Chase about Katty, Liv tells Chase he had a cocktail napkin with Katty's phone number on it. However, it was only Katty's hotel room number that was on the napkin, which Liv saw.
Character mistake: At Houdini's performance for the Kaiser, a German officer with the rank of Lieutenant Colonel (Oberstleutnant) is asked to assist. Houdini at first correctly addresses him as Lieutenant Colonel, but then incorrectly refers to him as Lieutenant several times after that.
Character mistake: S44/E80 Noah Newman works as a bartender, and while at Victor Newman's house says "let's show off some of those drink serving skills." While making a drink he pours straight vodka from the bottle into a martini glass and puts in olives and hands it to Abby to drink. As bartender Noah should know how to make a martini. He doesn't use any vermouth with the vodka and doesn't chill it first by shaking or stirring it before pouring it into the martini glass. (00:11:00)
Character mistake: When Rich refers to the film showing Davis (decades ago), he figures they were in "Asia... Mongolia or somewhere." However, the film cannister had "Tibet, 1937" written on it - important enough to show the audience, but not for the character to read? (00:40:25)
Character mistake: When the sergeant's partner gets shot and Chen calls it in, she says he got away in a black Buick, but the car was a Honda Civic. (00:10:52)
Character mistake: Every single time they place a baby on a resuscitaire they put it the wrong way round. Babies are placed feet first into the bed so that you have easy access to the face for resuscitation and chest compressions while standing at the end of the bed, but they put them so the head is furthest away from them.
Compromised - S1-E9
Character mistake: When she and OA meet Marshal Ackerman, Maggie is somewhat surprised to learn Damon Cruz was a federal witness. As a federal agent herself, Maggie surely would know that the Marshals Service's mandate includes the witness protection program.
The Case of the Cheating Chancellor - S9-E4
Character mistake: Paul Drake tells Perry the "speedometer mileage" of a murdered man's automobile is 63,192. Speedometers do not show mileage. He meant to say "odometer."

Character mistake: When meeting with the network exec in the bar in the opening scene, Bradley orders bourbon on the rocks. When her drink comes it is without ice.
