Factual error: Barbara shoots her revolver at the guys chasing them. When she stops and gets out of the car, she opens the cylinder and we see she only has 1 round left. However, the other chambers should still have the empty casings in them instead of being empty.
Continuity mistake: After the POV shot of Domino's sniper scope pulls up, a billboard with Magneto on it is on the right side of the screen, over a building with a red roof. When the shot changes, Domino is perched at the bottom left of the same billboard. If she was perched there, then the billboard could not have been to her right when she raised the sniper scope. Additionally, the roof of the building is now white. It's not a separate billboard on a different building either, because the waterfront and docks are the same angle respective to the first shot of the billboard and the shot of Domino loading the magazine into the gun. Revealing mistake: When Grapefruit cannonballs into the pull, it splashes on Pear. But no sign of any wetness is seen at all on him or the diving board.

Continuity mistake: Pink Arcade: When the Pink Panther picks up the money that comes out of the scales, the amount of coins changes between shots.

Continuity mistake: When Jolly Roger hands the map to Dale, the map has either a dark brown border or not depending on the angle. (00:08:30)

Continuity mistake: When the mailman delivers Tom's mail, Tom walks up to his mailbox. In the wide shot, the lid on the mailbox is open, but in the close-up shots, the lid is closed.
Continuity mistake: When Batman and Robin guest star on the show, Batman's cowl changes from covering his neck to exposing his neck.
Gopherville - S1-E1
Other mistake: In "Sock Safari", when Toopy finds a red thread, his left hand with his glove disappears instantly.
Visible crew/equipment: When Florence tosses the note off the fridge when she and Putty enter the apartment, the rod holding the paper is very visible on the far left of the screen.
Hiren Lake Legend Murder Case: File 2 - S1-E5
Continuity mistake: Hajime grabs Eiji by the collar of the shirt using his right hand, which ends up being his left hand when Miyuki wakes up. (00:02:40)
Continuity mistake: The quantity of super-steroid in Fukegao (the mad scientist) 's test tube changes continuously between shots. (00:11:00)
Continuity mistake: In the episode "Fool's Gold" Debbie puts the fool's gold on top of the pail on her sculpture. The shot changes and it's gone, the next shot it's back.
Continuity mistake: There are two Bristles shown to be in attendance at the ball: one in a tuxedo and one in his normal clothes. (00:06:30)
Takishîdo wa kaze ni mau - S1-E1
Other mistake: Van and Lucky play a game where they draw cards in turn until someone finds the Joker. They draw a 4 of hearts, a 7 of spades, a 9 of diamonds, the ace of clubs. They were stacking the cards in two separate decks, each one to their own right, but in the rest of the scene all the discarded cards are tossed together in a heap, and the aforementioned cards, which should be on the bottom of it, are the ones who always appear in the various shots of the table at the top of the bunch.
Continuity mistake: In the opening credits, Popeye is helping Olive Oyl put her washing on the line. When Bluto appears, he takes Popeye and uses one peg to hang him on the line, but in the next shot he is hanging by two pegs.
Continuity mistake: Sometimes Cyborg is waterproof and sometimes he isn't.
Continuity mistake: Just before the portal opens where Sonic comes out by a water fall, you get a good view of the ground around where he comes out at and there are no holes. But once he emerges, he looks around and then looks down and suddenly there are large holes that become what he focuses on. (00:00:25)

Other mistake: When Saki shows the picture of Ran's butt, the photo is taken from the right of the girl. In the scene during the previous episode, Saki was standing on Hajime's left, and he could never take that shot from that angle.
Factual error: In s01e08, "Q and A", when Yelena is playing chess, we see her use the touchscreen which represents the chessboard. However, the bottom left corner is a white square when it should be a dark square. The board is orientated incorrectly, even though the board on the floor isn't.
