Plot hole: During Ryder's report, as Bruce and company watch it on TV, the camera suddenly zooms in on Joker standing on a catwalk above Ryder, and none of the crew, especially not the camera man who caught the villain, makes a comment about this. They may have thought the Joker (or rather an impersonator) was perhaps a surprise gag in the show, but since this is supposed to be a serious documentary report, it is still strange that they wouldn't point it out.
Continuity mistake: To beat the traffic, Coop skateboards inside a construction pipe. The pipe is on the back of a truck, so it's not exactly very long, and gets picked up by a crane arm mounted on the truckbed itself. However, Coop takes ages to come out of the pipe, and in the shot from inside the pipe it looks as if is dozens of meters above the street level, which isn't. (00:08:00)

Other mistake: When Akane and Ranma arrive to Furinkan High, it's 8 past 20. When Kodachi leaves, it's 8:35. 15 minutes is way too long of a time to have passed (and everyone would also be late for lesson). (00:01:50 - 00:04:40)
Continuity mistake: After Cat Burglar steals Craig's staff at the award ceremony Silver Fist goes after Cat Burglar, and just as Silver Fist climbs up on the roof, his crossed straps become crossed the opposite way, mid shot. (00:05:50)
Tiptoe Through the Penfolds - S5-E3
Continuity mistake: Although Danger Mouse is supposed to be on his own, when he turns a corner in the car, in the overhead shot, you can see Penfold sat next to him.
Character mistake: Professor Saotome checks the status of the Getter Robot when his son falls unconscious. The HUD output is written in awkward EngRish, from the first line of the status report, called; "Monitor the state of affairs", to smaller details like the article randomly used for certain lines ("a control device, a correspondent"). The biggest flub though is that the name of his son is "Tatsuhito", in proper romanization, but here appears as "Tatuto." (00:05:20)

Continuity mistake: When Uatu the Watcher is speaking to the citizens of Zenn-La, some shots show the Kree emissary standing in front of the Skrull emissary, while other shots show vice-versa.
Misty's Magical Mix-Up!/Bone's Lucky Doubloon - S2-E31
Other mistake: In the episode "Bone's Lucky Doubloon," Captain Hook, Smee and another pirate are washed downstream, go over a waterfall and land in a lake. When they emerge from the lake, no water is dripping from them.
Factual error: When the large Dutch guy tells his story about his life in Holland, there are a several windmills. However, the blades are placed on the wrong side, that way it's not possible for a windmill to turn clockwise, which it does. If the blades were placed correctly, they would still turn to the wrong side, because wooden windmills in The Netherlands are always turning counter-clockwise.
Continuity mistake: Before and after the Beetle's battle armor is fried by May Parker activating the jet engine, the appearance and arrangement of the building in the background changes between shots.
Audio problem: When Judy asks "But Grandpa, why didn't you tell us what was going on?" towards the end of the episode, she is speaking with Jane's voice.
Beauty and the Obese: Part 1 - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the man at the bar and then the bartender are talking with Persephone, the tiger stripes on her scarf keep changing and re rearranging between shots. (00:02:36)
Continuity mistake: Multiple times throughout the show, Kimber can be seen in quick shots with light pink hair (the same color as Jem's), when her hair color is actually a dark pink/red color. (02:00:00)
Other mistake: When Teela is at Snake Mountain, she overhears TrapJaw saying how Skeletor's electrical creature will control all of the machines at the palace. When Teela returns to He-Man, she says that the creature Skeletor created is called Byte. There's no way for Teela to know the name of the creature, since TrapJaw never referred to it by name. Character mistake: Season 3, Episode 2 "Squirmy". Little Bill and his brother, Bobby are returning his pet earthworm to the soil. Bill calls his brother by the name Jamal. Jamal is Little Bill's baby cousin.
Other mistake: Two Tiffs can be seen for a few seconds when King Dedede and Escargoon drive in.
Vowel Play - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: When Baloo and Kit are discussing proper grammar, Rebecca walks into the room and tacks a poster on the wall using darts. One dart nearest the poster's right edge vanishes between shots.
Continuity mistake: In all other episodes of this season, Officer Dan has blonde hair. This one episode, Officer Dan has gray hair and his face looks completely different from other episodes.
