Kessei! CLAMP gakuen tanteidan - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: Nokoru Imonoyama is looking at the dossier about the brother-in-law of their client. The chart showing the sorry state of his business looks different from the close-up when Nokoru puts it down - for instance, it's bi-color grey and white, when it was simply with white background before. Stoking Rebellion - S1-E6

Continuity mistake: At the diner when Tsunoda and Retsuko are talking, Tsunoda pulls out a red phone with a white heart on it from her purse. In the close up she is pulling it out with her left hand and the phone is horizontal with the heart on its side. It then cuts to a wide angle and suddenly she's holding the phone upright with both hands.

Show generally

Revealing mistake: The "hostage" episode reuses footage from the "Dinosaur" episode, which doesn't totally fit. When the giant crabs attack and destroy the group of houses on the island, the longshot of the damage is recycled from the earthquake episode - including an earth fissure, something the giant crabs wouldn't and probably couldn't have done.

Stranger Searching - S1-E6

Factual error: When the large Dutch guy tells his story about his life in Holland, there are a several windmills. However, the blades are placed on the wrong side, that way it's not possible for a windmill to turn clockwise, which it does. If the blades were placed correctly, they would still turn to the wrong side, because wooden windmills in The Netherlands are always turning counter-clockwise.

In Treacherous Waters - S1-E1

Factual error: Barbara shoots her revolver at the guys chasing them. When she stops and gets out of the car, she opens the cylinder and we see she only has 1 round left. However, the other chambers should still have the empty casings in them instead of being empty.

Polly Wants a Treasure - S1-E8

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Baloo and Kit walk through the Sea Duck's cargo area to try and find who they think is a stowaway, Baloo lifts a crate of fragile crystal glasses over his head. The crate rotates between shots, judging by its red "Fragile" stamp.

Ryuusui, Chimaera no Otoko - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: When Crosswords has the first attack of Chimera witnessed by Black Jack, his wife Sayuri runs to the fridge to grab the bottles. In the shot with the camera inside the fridge, there is a full complement of bottles in the bottom shelf, but in the other angle the right half of the shelf is occupied by glasses only. (00:09:15)

Sharkbait - S1-E1

Continuity mistake: To beat the traffic, Coop skateboards inside a construction pipe. The pipe is on the back of a truck, so it's not exactly very long, and gets picked up by a crane arm mounted on the truckbed itself. However, Coop takes ages to come out of the pipe, and in the shot from inside the pipe it looks as if is dozens of meters above the street level, which isn't. (00:08:00)

Day of the Machines - S2-E3

Other mistake: When Teela is at Snake Mountain, she overhears TrapJaw saying how Skeletor's electrical creature will control all of the machines at the palace. When Teela returns to He-Man, she says that the creature Skeletor created is called Byte. There's no way for Teela to know the name of the creature, since TrapJaw never referred to it by name.
