Laugh, Ed, Laugh/It's Way Ed - S1-E10
Continuity mistake: In "Laugh, Ed, Laugh", when Eddy is gambling with squirrels, he picks up a bunch of nuts, primarily acorns and only a couple of peanuts. But next shot later when he yells, "Suckers!", there are more peanuts shown. (00:05:00 - 00:11:15)

Worlds Collide: Part 3 - S3-E6
Plot hole: In their previous encounters with the Triceratons, the Turtles had to learn the hard way that the Triceratons breathe not oxygen but a combination of nitrogen and sulfur, which is detrimental to most Earth lifeforms, and thus had to wear special rebreathers. When the Turtles, Splinter, April and Casey enter Zanramon's throne room along with Traximus, none of them wear any breathing equipment to protect themselves from the hostile atmosphere.

Continuity mistake: At the end of the battle between Jaden Yuki and Gravekeeper's Chief, just as the explosion settles, in one shot you see the Gravekeeper's Spear card to the left of Gravekeeper's Chief on the duel disk. However in the next shot Gravekeeper's Spear is replaced with Magician of Black Chaos, which Chief neither has in his deck or ever played in the match. (00:13:35)

Continuity mistake: When Lemmy falls down from the window and running away from Bowser with Iggy, Iggy's face turns orange. Then later, it turns back to green.

Continuity mistake: When Dum-Dum cuts the rope releasing Chug-a-Boom from the balloon, we cut to the car and you can see Clyde and Dum-Dum are surrounded by the rest of the Ant Hill Mob, but when we see the two in the next shot, the other members are nowhere to be seen.

Tsubasa's Resurrection - S2-E8
Other mistake: In the opening aerial shot of the field, referee and assistants are missing. (00:01:30)

What If... Captain Carter Were the First Avenger? - S1-E1
Deliberate mistake: When Peggy and Steve are studying the map where the 107th Army division is held captive, the names on the map are nonsensical names that do not even follow German spelling or standards for place names ("Farfignugen," "Dädtenorth," and "Rosskjhberg," for instance). Most of them are also reused, appearing several times on the same map. This is most likely done deliberately so as to avoid any resemblance to real places, but still looks out of place and illogical. (00:11:27)

Battle Scars - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: When Echo prepares to calibrate the surgical pod, he has a bandage on his head, even though the members of the Bad Batch don't get their control chips removed until near the end of the episode. (00:14:11)

Audio problem: While Pickles is sniffing the ground, she asks Bob "Did you know vomit tastes bad?", but her lips don't match what she is saying.

Triumvirate of Terror! - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: Right at the beginning, the camera closes in on a baseball field. It shows several people standing and walking out in the field and just two standing up by home plate. The view changes to behind home plate and suddenly there are several superheroes sitting and stretching there, and the rest of the field is empty. Then after a shot of Jimmy Olson in the commentator stand, it shows a high view of the field again and the people have all changed again. (00:00:10)

Deliberate mistake: Season 2, episode 6 "Identity Crisis": When Bizarro starts decaying into the parody form of Superman, his costume goes with it; the blue fades, and even the 'S' insignia changes. Strange that superhero garments change right alongside their wearers when they suffer from an unstable genetic effect. Were the clothes cloned right onto his body, instead of sewn?

Other mistake: While Sonic and Tails are locked up in old Spelunk's cage during the cave-in, right before the huge diamondius crashes on top of the cage, there's a close-up of Sonic holding the bars, and the color of his torso becomes the same as the background mid-shot. (00:13:40)

Is Lupin Burning... ?! - S1-E1
Other mistake: The logo of the evil organization, Scorpion, contains just a little misspelling. It's missing the R. (00:02:50)

Iron Forged in Fire: Part One - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When Obadiah walks in Howard’s office, complaining that Howard rejected his proposal to repurpose the Earth Movers for military application, he is holding a folder in his hand marked confidential. There is a white label on it, and the tab is towards the upper right corner near his head. A few shots later, the folder is completely turned around, the white label and confidential stamp facing the other direction, with the tab by his legs now. (00:02:50)

Fruit Picking Day/Daniel Is Big Enough to Help Dad - S1-E11
Revealing mistake: When Daniel picks up the can of blue paint, it passes right through the cans of yellow and red without bumping them.

Continuity mistake: When you see Perry White’s hand go to his radio to call Clark and Lois into his office, the face of the radio is seen. Then it fades to a different view of him talking to Clark and Lois, and his radio is still seen, only now the space between the top of the radio and the speaker has gotten smaller, the sides smaller, as well as the space between the speaker and the switches he was pushing. (00:02:30)

Wind Chimes - S1-E9
Visible crew/equipment: In the scene where Mcduff and Johnson are trying to find water since it's extremely hot, they go Under The Bed and notice Alfred under there. Look in the background, for just a split second, you can a man walk past the from the door. It's for only a split second so it's quite easy to miss. (00:06:05)

The Sleeper Shall Awake/Where Walks the Sleeper/The Final Sleep - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: Part 3: As you see the third "Sleeper" (a giant bomb shaped like the Red Skull's head) note the position of the monocle. First it's on its right side, then its left side, and back again to its right side. (00:14:20 - 00:15:05)

Weirdmageddon: Part 1 - S2-E18
Continuity mistake: Two guys are throwing a frisbee and it lands on the ground. In the next shot, the frisbee is gone.
