Factual error: Boomhauer's car, Ms. Sally, has a Texas flag license plate on it. These plates were not issued until 1992, but Ms. Sally was driven into the quarry in the late 70's or early 80's.
Continuity mistake: In the introduction, when TJ pulls the ball off Gus, Gus is covered in gum. When they are walking into the school, the gum has disappeared.
Factual error: Kyle says he has to log on before school. The next shot shows "Monday 8 days later." 8 days before is a Sunday. (00:04:45)

Continuity mistake: In "The Bing That Wouldn't Leave" Bing often changes size. Most of the time he's about half as tall as Norbert and Daggett but most notably near the end when he hugs Daggett he's about the same size as him.
Continuity mistake: When Daria is on the couch with her dad she's holding a mug but the next shot it's a glass. (00:15:39)
Plot hole: During Ryder's report, as Bruce and company watch it on TV, the camera suddenly zooms in on Joker standing on a catwalk above Ryder, and none of the crew, especially not the camera man who caught the villain, makes a comment about this. They may have thought the Joker (or rather an impersonator) was perhaps a surprise gag in the show, but since this is supposed to be a serious documentary report, it is still strange that they wouldn't point it out.

Continuity mistake: One of the reporter's that act as audience and supporters for Makoto is quite recognizable because he's in the front line and wearing glasses. His jacket is reddish/maroon at first, but in the rest of the scene becomes purple/blue. It's not a matter of lighting or lack of detail when he is in the background/shadows, just compare it to the guy next to him wearing green to see it's a proper coloring mistake. (00:06:20)
Continuity mistake: When King mentions the two brothers' "destiny", his big feline is at Young Diabolik's side, facing King and the others. Aerial shot, and the panther is at King's side facing Diabolik. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: Nokoru Imonoyama is looking at the dossier about the brother-in-law of their client. The chart showing the sorry state of his business looks different from the close-up when Nokoru puts it down - for instance, it's bi-color grey and white, when it was simply with white background before.
