Factual error: Boomhauer's car, Ms. Sally, has a Texas flag license plate on it. These plates were not issued until 1992, but Ms. Sally was driven into the quarry in the late 70's or early 80's.
Continuity mistake: In the introduction, when TJ pulls the ball off Gus, Gus is covered in gum. When they are walking into the school, the gum has disappeared.
Factual error: Kyle says he has to log on before school. The next shot shows "Monday 8 days later." 8 days before is a Sunday. (00:04:45)
The Bing That Wouldn't Leave / You Promised! - S1-E11
Continuity mistake: In "The Bing That Wouldn't Leave" Bing often changes size. Most of the time he's about half as tall as Norbert and Daggett but most notably near the end when he hugs Daggett he's about the same size as him.
Continuity mistake: Daria arrives at school without her glasses (her choice). When the scene changes to Mr. O'Neil's class, first shown from the back facing O'Neil and the backside of students, Daria (sitting on the left of the screen) is shown from behind and her glasses are showing on her face (as usual). When Daria is next shown talking close up in the remainder of the scene, she is without her glasses again.
Continuity mistake: When King mentions the two brothers' "destiny", his big feline is at Young Diabolik's side, facing King and the others. Aerial shot, and the panther is at King's side facing Diabolik. (00:05:00)

Continuity mistake: Nokoru Imonoyama is looking at the dossier about the brother-in-law of their client. The chart showing the sorry state of his business looks different from the close-up when Nokoru puts it down - for instance, it's bi-color grey and white, when it was simply with white background before. Ghost Passenger Ship Murder Case: File 1 - S2-E5
Other mistake: In the initial flashback, the name of the ship ("Mary Celeste") is misspelled, appearing on the stern, is "Mary Celese." (00:02:05)
Plot hole: During Ryder's report, as Bruce and company watch it on TV, the camera suddenly zooms in on Joker standing on a catwalk above Ryder, and none of the crew, especially not the camera man who caught the villain, makes a comment about this. They may have thought the Joker (or rather an impersonator) was perhaps a surprise gag in the show, but since this is supposed to be a serious documentary report, it is still strange that they wouldn't point it out.
