Continuity mistake: The umbrella shape on the wall changes in between scenes from wavy lines at the bottom to straight.
Continuity mistake: When Whinfrey is at the railway station the weather changes from dry to wet.

Continuity mistake: When Jolly Roger hands the map to Dale, the map has either a dark brown border or not depending on the angle. (00:08:30)

Continuity mistake: When Nicholas distracts Chuck the security guard with a phone call (terrible plan, since he tells him to search in a spot awfully close to the monitor he's supposed to be distracted from), he touches the papers next to the monitor and the pen in front of it, but when it cuts to him looking at the recording while Grant is working the safe, the objects are in the exact same position as before when he was looking at the money count. Continuity mistake: When Elizabeth starts weeping, her bodysuit is torn above her left breast with a single tear. Post-credits Meliodas asks her to join him; now that torn spot is split in two - the first time the bit of fabric that separates the two spaces was already severed. (00:17:40 - 00:22:30)
Please Hold to My Hand - S1-E4
Continuity mistake: When Joel tries to drive through the rebel trap, the bad guy throws a big rock/brick on the pickup that creates a reasonably sized crack on its windshield - as we can see it from inside the car. However, during all the next outside shots, the windshield is intact - actually, it looks brand-new.
Continuity mistake: After Montes throws the knife to Zorro, López, who was fighting Zorro, disappears from the scene.
Continuity mistake: The professor knocks a hole in the side of a tunnel and hot water and steam gush out. The group is then distracted by a boulder traveling through the tunnel. After the boulder passes, there is no longer any steam or water gushing from the hole in the wall.
Reptiles in the Rose Garden - S1-E1
Continuity mistake: When the Levitation Beam is first seen, the telescope on top of it is blue, but when King Koopa says that he finally found a gift that makes Kootie Pie happy, it turns pink. In the same shot, King Koopa's black pupils turn white. (00:04:58)
Continuity mistake: When JoJo is eating the steak the first time, in close-up the juices have overflown the plate, but in the next shot there's no such mess on the tablecloth. Moreover, you can see him cut the last piece in half, and then pick it up whole. (00:02:50)
Continuity mistake: As Jizzlord says, "so really, this is a good thing", he's holding the posters upright, facing Jen. Cut to a shot from the side and he's holding them horizontally, facing upwards.
Continuity mistake: After he's dragged behind the horse, MacKenzie's facial abrasions keep changing completely from one scene to the next. And one day later, they've miraculously healed enough to be covered by one little bandage.
Episode #2.4 - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: When Jacqueline raises a hand in response to her name being called, she puts up her left hand. A shot later, she has her right hand up instead.
Continuity mistake: The small horse trailer hitched up to the back of Ralph and Pam's station wagon has the license plate number, T-479E5, which is visible a few times, then when Ralph is on King's property he gets a vision of Desperado's location, and just as Ralph does his vanishing thing, one of King's horse trailers has the same license plate with the number, T-479E5. Continuity mistake: Obi-Wan Kenobi exposes Haja Estree. He asks for his help. When he hastily says "Yeah I'll do it!" Kumail Nanjiani's right hand is curled in a loose fist or fully opened, back and forth as camera angles switch. (00:08:25)
Continuity mistake: When Scooby and Shaggy are at the "Hotus Dogus" stand in the Coliseum, you can see that Scooby has two flags in his left hand, but after a quick close-up of Scooby, we return to him and his flags have disappeared.
