Continuity mistake: When Jack and MacGyver jump out of the window, after they land the fire extinguisher by MacGyver keeps changing position from in his arm to on the ground.
Continuity mistake: The professor knocks a hole in the side of a tunnel and hot water and steam gush out. The group is then distracted by a boulder traveling through the tunnel. After the boulder passes, there is no longer any steam or water gushing from the hole in the wall.
Continuity mistake: At the beginning, when Rumor attacks Croc's men, he ties them up and wraps up their mouths (gags them). But in the next shot, none of their mouths are wrapped up.
Stego Search - S1-E7
Continuity mistake: Four people (a guy in a pink shirt, a girl in an orange dress, a guy in a blue shirt, and a girl in a denim skirt) stand up from a picnic blanket to go listen to a guitar player. However, in the next shot, the girl in the denim skirt and the guy in the blue shirt are replaced by a girl in a black dress and a guy in a green shirt, and they are never seen again.
Continuity mistake: When Marshall first finds Trip's letter, he holds it from the left side. In the close-up, he's holding it from the right side. (00:02:10)
Continuity mistake: Onizuka is on his bike with Mizuki after she utterly murdered the sushi plate. He is still reminiscing about the sweet prime cut tuna while he is at the traffic lights. Several people cross the street; there is a family with a little kid, and a guy in a denim jacket. In the wide shot it's clear that the family is to the guy's left, but in the tighter angle the guy passes them by on the opposite side. (00:34:00)

Continuity mistake: When Jacqueline raises a hand in response to her name being called, she puts up her left hand. A shot later, she has her right hand up instead.
Continuity mistake: Kai orders his squadron to bring up their stingers on their bug ships, and in a side angle shows them curling up like a scorpion stinger. It then cuts to a close up of one stinger opening and it suddenly changes shape a little. In the side angle it looking more like a shark head with a visible hump on the bottom side, to being almost a perfect round football like shape in the close up. Also the space gas around the ship changes from green to white between shots. (00:02:35)

Continuity mistake: In episode 5, it was established that there is no road to the Jezequiel house. Robert and Max had to leave their car in the village and walk across the fields to the house. In this episode, however, Robert drives his car right up to the house with no problem.

Continuity mistake: Dawn enters the library wearing open back clogs and exits minutes later in white sneakers and socks.
I Become Supreme Lord of the Bathroom - S1-E2
Continuity mistake: When Percy comes round at the beginning of Episode 2, he is wearing a different shirt than the one he was last seen wearing at the end of Episode 1, in which he lost consciousness. (00:00:01 - 00:01:00)
Continuity mistake: When Chrissy and Lois are in the car before going into the meeting, the passenger side window is down, but not all the way. But in the next shot when Chrissy steps out, it's all the way down.
The Catwoman from Channel Six - S2-E12
Continuity mistake: After the beloved TV is destroyed during the fight at the sewer lair, when Rocksteady attempts to help Bebop he's stopped by Mikey, but as Rocksteady smashes into the wall, his bandoleer and other strap have switched to opposite sides, then revert to their proper positions.
Continuity mistake: When Dr. Zaius and the gorilla soldiers ride up to the crashed spaceship, his hair is mussed in the long shots and properly groomed and neat in the close ups.
Continuity mistake: When the kids in the chorus become possessed by the ghosts and run out of the room, Juniper is standing alone by the piano, still wearing the chorus robe. In the next shot, the chorus teacher is now standing next to her, and she is not wearing her robe.
Continuity mistake: After he's dragged behind the horse, MacKenzie's facial abrasions keep changing completely from one scene to the next. And one day later, they've miraculously healed enough to be covered by one little bandage.
Continuity mistake: As Rey is retrieving her staff with a slimed BB-8 in her grasp, she passes by and leaps onto the leg of an old fallen AT-AT Walker which is next to her. There is a fin sticking up into the air from its foot with a groove down the middle in the close shot as she gets her staff. In one of the following shots as she's jumping up onto the leg, that middle groove on the fin disappears. Also in these shots, suddenly much more sand is built up against the foot of the Walker than before. (00:02:00)

Continuity mistake: When Alana is grabbing the tree branch to break it off, her hands are suddenly closer together when the shot changes, and the branch itself has a different shape to it. (00:12:38)
Continuity mistake: In the episode "Fool's Gold" Debbie puts the fool's gold on top of the pail on her sculpture. The shot changes and it's gone, the next shot it's back.
The Gunman - S2-E12
Continuity mistake: The close up shot shows Nedra lowering her head onto White's chest. The next shot is a long shot of her lowering her head on his chest again.
