The Alexander the Greater Affair (1) - S2-E1
Character mistake: When Alexander organizes the human chess game in his courtyard, the "pieces" stand the wrong way on the board, with a dark square in the lower right hand corner. That corner is always a light square. (00:22:50)

Character mistake: Rodney says that one hour in real time would give them months inside the field. This is incorrect because if the ratio of time were 1:250 as stated before, one hour would only convert to 250 hours, which is 10 days and 10 hours.

Character mistake: Captain Crane has Bentley collared and is questioning him. An alive Lee Crane asks Bentley "why did you kill me?" He quickly changes it to "why did you try to kill me?" (00:10:40)

Character mistake: Tai says "And it started to snow in the middle of July" but later you find out that it takes place on August first.

The Illusion of the Lethal Playthings - S1-E20
Character mistake: A toy company would surely know better: the sign outside the toy factory misspells "Pinocchio" with only one C instead of two. (00:25:20)

Character mistake: The Enterprise is targeted by projectiles from the planet. Spock identifies them as "plasma torpedoes", and Captain Pike reacts with surprise; "Plasma torpedoes? That's 21st century tech" and from that they all establish that the civilization they contacted is not yet capable of warp drive. Plasma torpedoes are the main weaponry of the Romulans centuries later, and Earth itself did acquire warp drive in the 21st century, so this claim and deduction don't seem to add up. (00:22:15)

Remembrance - S1-E1
Character mistake: Picard and Data are playing poker at the beginning of the episode. Before the actual faces of the players are revealed, we are shown close-ups of their hands as they put down the chips for the bet. When Picard says his first line in the series it's "See", and it is literally true, because in the previous shot, Data put his 5 cards down on the table and face up. (00:00:50)

Character mistake: When Frank is starting to show Amy how to take the gun from him he removes the magazine and makes the statement "clip empty" - any Marine, certainly one as well trained as him would never refer to that as a "clip" - it is a magazine. A "clip" is a device intended to help rapidly load ammunition into a magazine.

Blood, Sweat, and Cheers - S4-E8
Character mistake: In the scene where Jack is phoning Col. Decker to give him the A-Team's location, the camera zooms to a wanted poster of the three members. The poster lists Faceman as the rank of Captain, instead of Lieutenant.

Chapter 9: The Marshal - S2-E1
Character mistake: Cobb Vanth says that he's never seen anything but the dragon's head and had no idea about the size of the dragon...but at the beginning of the episode we could see the beast pass through town (conveniently right in the main road without damaging anything else) and its enormous lengthy body was perfectly noticeable. (00:31:20)

The Calculus Affair: Part 2 - S1-E13
Character mistake: After reaching the border, Snowy finds an umbrella and Tintin states that it is Calculus's umbrella. It isn't Calculus's umbrella - Calculus's umbrella has a brown handle, and this one has a grey handle. (00:42:25)

Doragon! Muteki no ken to tate - S1-E4
Character mistake: The announces during the fight says that the tournament is "down to 10 Saints", but 10 was the starting number, 3 have been already eliminated. (00:04:30)

Character mistake: The party is supposed to be "One of the premiere social events of the season", but the only people invited (Higgins knows for sure who is gonna come, so it's not like there's low attendance because of the weather) are a Prince from a fictional European state nobody knows about with his commoner wife, the editor of a poetry magazine that needs Robin's funds to survive, a sports star and Robin's accountant. 5 people in total, already all in Robin's pocket, and nobody else in attendance. While you could say that having royalty and a golden glove winner is certainly noteworthy, those people don't meet anyone else. Hardly a 'social event'. (00:04:00)

Character mistake: Batwoman does everything she can to rescue the elevator falling down after the villain detonates the bomb, but does nothing for the second one Tommy blows up to make her lose her footing when she is vulnerable. There is no message from Luke telling her anything, and she is not shown having a HUD with thermal readings or something like that, so there is simply no reason why she would risk everything to stop one elevator and completely ignore the fate of the next one which could be full of civilians as well.

Character mistake: Another identity mistake in the finale: When Beast Boy's team is initially subdued, we see honorary Titan Hot Spot standing amongst the villains even though he is a) a hero and b) is supposed to be frozen solid at that time.

Character mistake: President Marsdin says that Camp David was named by President Eisenhower in honor of his son and grandson. It was actually named for his father and his grandson; his sons were named John and Doud.

Character mistake: Patterson - the oceanographer - at one point claims that Lithuania is land-locked. She should know better; in fact, Lithuania has a coastline of close to 100 km on the Baltic Sea.

Character mistake: The first time Arnold tries Rhonda's marriage predictor test, he says his favorite number is five, but Rhonda actually makes six moves. The second time, Arnold says it's three, but Rhonda counts off four.

Character mistake: In the third instance where Superman manages to get rid of Mxyzptlk, he uses an article full of typos which spell the latter's name backwards as KLTPZYXM. Among the incorrect words is the word "citrimes", in which Superman has included an I and a T, so the correct word in context with the rest of the text should read "crimes" and thus the errors would spell KL-I-TPZYXM. Since there are no vowels in MXYZPTLK, however, what is the additional I doing here - and why didn't Mxyzptlk bother to mark it as a mistake, either?

Dark Skies - S5-E8
Character mistake: Higgins and TC are investigating a drug smuggler camp in Maui. TC sees a box of cigarettes and says the people in the camp must be Latino because the cigarette box is in Spanish. Wrong. The box says Cigarillos, which are small, short cigars. If the box was in Spanish it would say Cigarrillos, which is cigarettes in Spanish.
