The Illusion of the Deadly Conglomerate - S1-E18
Continuity mistake: Blake tosses the trick card, and it lands on the lower right side of the target. When Dominick walks over to pull the card free, it has moved itself to the upper left portion of the target. (00:29:20)
The Illusion of the Lethal Playthings - S1-E20
Revealing mistake: The "remote control" model plane lands and sneaks through some bushes to spy on Blake. You can see the filament line pulling it. And the picture it sends the bad guys with its mini-camera not only zooms in (unlikely technology in 1973), it also delivers an unobstructed view when the plane is sitting in foliage that should block part of the shot. (00:21:50)
Deliberate mistake: The main character is called Anthony Dorian in the pilot. But without explanation, his name becomes Anthony Blake in the first regular episode. (00:05:15)
The Illusion of the Lethal Playthings - S1-E20
Character mistake: A toy company would surely know better: the sign outside the toy factory misspells "Pinocchio" with only one C instead of two. (00:25:20)
The Illusion of the Lost Dragon - S1-E17
Continuity mistake: Poor Hahn is caught in a diabolical trap: the floor disappears and he's left dangling over a fire pit. In long shots, he's holding onto the ornate door handles with his face pressed against the door. In closer shots, though, he's hanging several feet away from the door, holding onto something (not the door handles anymore) that we can't see. (00:03:00)
The Illusion of the Stainless Steel Lady - S1-E14
Revealing mistake: Blake discovers that the wheelchair-bound figure of Irene is actually a dummy with a remarkably lifelike mask. But when he reaches to pull the mask off, the "dummy" blinks. (00:35:00)
Continuity mistake: Blake commandeers the kidnappers' motor home, gets behind the wheel and has to push aside a curtain obscuring the windshield. Then the camera view switches to an exterior shot of the RV driving away - and the curtain, which should still be bunched in the window corner as it was in the interior shot, has vanished altogether. (00:41:15)
The Man Who Lost Himself - S1-E9
Continuity mistake: Blake grabs the money and escapes by crashing through a window. When the bad guys give chase and climb out the same window moments later, the broken glass and framework on the ground is in a completely different pattern than it was when Blake left the scene just a few shots before. (00:42:00)
The Illusion of the Stainless Steel Lady - S1-E14
Visible crew/equipment: The stunt man's face is visible several times during Blake's fight with Brad's henchman - especially when the baddie drags him down the stairs. (00:41:20)
