Character mistake: When She-Hulk is objecting to the prosecution using live footage of the Rick Jones-Hulk hybrid to prove that Bruce Banner is not the Hulk, the judge overrules her without letting her state the legal grounds to her objection.
Character mistake: In s01e08, "Q and A", Yelena moves her bishop to B6. The announcer says that's going to win it (the game gets interrupted at this point). However, that move does not put the computer (her opponent) into checkmate, it doesn't even put it into check. Her bishop is on a dark square and the computer's king is on a white square.
7 Continents for 7 Koopas - S1-E22
Character mistake: When first displaying the screens which have the names of the continents listed underneath them, Antarctica is misspelt as "Antartica."
Character mistake: No referee in wrestling would allow a double team to occur without either trying to break it up or counting to five. Yet here he allows The Golden Girls to do so twice.
Mine Your Own Business - S1-E4
Character mistake: When Shaggy and Scooby order Sarsaparilla at the saloon, Scooby says "Two" but he appears to be holding up three fingers.
Armageddon Now: Part 1 - S4-E13
Character mistake: Callisto's sword is missing. When she appears in the Xena Season Three finale "Sacrifice", her sword has reappeared. It is never explained why Callisto doesn't have her sword during her three appearances on Hercules the Legendary Journeys.
Character mistake: At the border crossing during the car chase there is a mistyped sign below the window reading "Bunesrepublik Deutschland". it should be "Bundesrepublik Deutschland" (00:07:45)
Character mistake: Jessie's dance moves don't match what the other girls are performing, even though it's a choreographed routine.
Route 7-11 - S1-E12
Character mistake: In this episode, they constantly refer to the semi as an eighteen wheeler. The tractor would have tandem (two) rear axles with dual tires. This one has only one rear axle on the tractor. Added up, the rig only has fourteen wheels.
Saga of a Star World (2) - S1-E2
Character mistake: When Starbuck and Apollo cross-wire the lift to reach the lower levels, they forget to undo their handiwork. Convenient to the plot, this oversight allows Boxey to wander into the Ovions' stronghold and require rescuing.
To Walk with the Serpent - S2-E14
Character mistake: Westerbrook deliberately burns his own right hand in the ceremonial flame. But at the end of the episode, he says, "I gave my left hand for the cause."
Character mistake: The episode opens showing "The LLUSTRATED morning " newspaper. Yes, it is missing the letter "i." (00:00:15)
Character mistake: Shaun says that the underground facility is "built like a bunker", but the single missile they dodged just created a huge hole a moment earlier. (00:11:40)
Character mistake: The way Henry takes Barry's blood pressure, he will not get any results. Neither the blood pressure cuff nor the stethoscope work reliably through clothing. As a doctor, he should know how to do it right.
Character mistake: The title card says "Plummers Academy" instead of "Plumbers Academy."
Character mistake: When Clark flies to see his parents for the first time, he is wearing a maroon shirt and jacket. When he lands at his parents farm he is still wearing his jacket and maroon shirt. In the next shot, he has taken his jacket off which now has a rip in the shoulder, as he enters the house his shirt is blue, and then in the following shot at the table having dinner his shirt is again maroon. Character mistake: The Sliders are constantly trying to interact with a new world despite not knowing anything about it. This action often leads to misunderstandings, arrests, or threat of death. Sometimes there's even posted signs that they don't bother reading until it's pointed out by someone they've upset or annoyed. Yet they continue this action. They played a death lottery without asking question, order beer when it's not available to them, or try to pay without local currency.
Episode #1.1 - S1-E1
Character mistake: In the opening minutes of the first episode, as the Erasmus is struggling through a storm, Blackthorne is told that the boatswain is dead. He checks the corpse and then says, "Get the body aloft," which would entail carrying the deceased up the mast. The correct order would be "Get the body topside."
Until Sunset, the Full Moon - S1-E7
Character mistake: Zenigata uncovers Elena's arm saying he noticed the mark when she was fighting "those guys previously." Which guys? Her assailant was just one dude. (00:13:40)

Character mistake: Velma says bears only have four claws. Wrong, they really do have five claws.
