The Life Against Death Raid - S1-E2
Audio problem: The motorcycle/sidecar and jeeps' tyres sound like they're screeching on asphalt, when the vehicles are actually in deep sand.
Audio problem: When Vince and Mike pull the tabletop out from under the car, while Roy is under there with Mrs. Merkle, we hear the audio of Roy loudly saying, "I'm telling you right now, we're gonna have to brace this thing well, this thing will...," but what's oddly funny is that the dialogue is dubbed right over Roy saying, "Wait, wait, let me check her over...," which is a neat trick that he can say both lines at the same time.
Audio problem: When Martha is talking to everyone on her laptop, we can see her mouth moving from the front view. Yet when the camera cuts behind her, she's still talking but we don't see her mouth move. (00:28:32)
Human Error - S7-E18
Audio problem: When Chakotay comes into Seven's quarters at some stage, the comm badge sound is used, not the standard door chime sound.
Audio problem: When they are trying to escape Koopa and the little caveman speaks, then Luigi answers him, he has the Princess' voice.
Audio problem: Rita is dubbed over extremely poorly - her words don't match her mouth. This is because Power Rangers is adapted from the Japanese Super Sentai series, and the footage of Rita was from the Japanese series.
Audio problem: In the scene where Mr. Eko dies, he starts saying "Psalm 23." He says the first line, but when it cuts to him backing away he's half way through (note: righteousness). (00:38:30)
All Americans - November 6, 1962 - S2-E14
Audio problem: During the speech where Al tells Sam to quit (to force Chewie to play), Sam says he can't quit but his mouth doesn't move for a couple seconds after the words start playing.
Audio problem: Right after Helga is standing behind the "ARNOLD" on the pavement, when she says "Hey Arnold", her lips move as if she's saying it slowly (this is fixed in the 4th season).
The Lost Planet of the Gods (1) - S1-E4
Audio problem: Throughout this episode, Lucifer is audibly breathing while speaking, yet he is a robot, and unlike "Data" on "Star Trek", does not mimic human traits. (00:16:40)
Audio problem: When LeGallows complains that the road is unendurable, his lips don't move at all. (00:20:15)
Earthshock - S19-E6
Audio problem: In episode two, the Cyberleader misses a button on his console, yet we still hear a beep...
Jack of Lies - S2-E6
Audio problem: At night when MacGyver and Jack are sneaking past the guards behind a mule, we see about 8 to 10 light bulbs hanging overhead. MacGyver later pulls the cord down and all the lights begin to pop. There are about 16 pops, many more than there were bulbs on the cord. (00:24:50)
Audio problem: When Riker leaves Deanna and Wyatt at the holodeck you hear the door. You don't hear it a minute ago, when Wyatt enters the holodeck - he just appears. (00:27:30 - 00:28:15)
Number One - S1-E7
Audio problem: In the scene where Kim is running across grass-covered Japan to stop Duff Killigan, when she talks her lips don't move along to the words.
Audio problem: Joker's TV debut as an opera singer isn't very convincing. Even through the partially-obscuring clown mask, you can see that his lips aren't moving at all. (00:22:30)
Audio problem: When Aetius first displays the Roman legions to Attila, the soldiers are marching out of step with the beat of the drums. Also, at the wedding of Attila and Ildico, the beat of the music is very much out of sync with the dancing and hand-clapping.
Audio problem: McKay is talking to Sheppard about the differences between himself and Rod, and at one point says that maybe Rod screwed up and was chosen for "a one-way ticket to another universe", yet his lips form the word 'galaxy'.
Audio problem: The Angels are in Max's office. Kris says, "Jill skates like a pro and I get this assignment and all the bruises." When she says "all the bruises," her lips are not moving. (00:19:20)
Audio problem: Near the very end, when SG-1 have been captured, Daniel says "it's a good day to die", but the subtitles say that O'Neill says the line.
