Audio problem: During the gang's ride on a bumpy road Fred warns Shaggy, Scooby, and Scrappy about some more bumps coming up. He's interrupted when they hit the bumps, then the word "bumps" comes out of Scooby's mouth.

Audio problem: During the opening credits no one moves their mouth when they notice Superman and say "it's a bird...it's a plane..."

Audio problem: When Tyrion is saying he wants to stand on top of the wall, it is an over the shoulder shot, however his mouth doesn't match up with what he is saying. (00:07:40)

The Barter - S1-E16
Audio problem: When Scott tells the Tokyo police that two kidnappers are locked in the van, we hear his voice, but his lips aren't moving. (00:42:00)

The Man They Called a Magician - S1-E2
Audio problem: Jigen shoots Pycal in the head with no results. He says that his gun is useless, but his lips don't move. (00:05:50)

Audio problem: When Duncan arrives at the museum where Amanda and Zachary are stealing the book, there is no "buzz" alerting them to his presence.

Audio problem: When Jonny and Hadji are in the boat waiting for Race' return, Bandit starts growling and barking, but Bandit is not grimacing or moving his mouth as he growls and barks.

Audio problem: When Blob is approaching the police car with Toad inside, the sound of his heavy footsteps is not in sync with his stride. (00:01:30)

The Rabbit Who Ate Las Vegas - S1-E7
Audio problem: In the motel, Woody Woodpecker's laugh does not match up to the motion on the screen.

The Two-Hundred-Mile-an-Hour Fastball - S2-E1
Audio problem: When Deborah gets off the phone, she tells Ralph that if they make the deal they can announce it on the Mike Douglas Show, but the problem is each time we hear Ralph say the name "Mike Douglas" we see his mouth actually say "Merv Griffin." (00:13:30)

Audio problem: After Kate shoots an arrow at the mafia guys, she says "told ya." Then we hear Clint/Hawkeye say "yeah", except he's on camera and his mouth doesn't move, he doesn't even change his facial expression.

The Caped Crusader Caper - S1-E15
Audio problem: The Joker says, "It's those tiresome teenagers," but it comes out in The Penguin's voice.

Audio problem: Near the end Robin's men all push barrels of oil over to to create a wall of fire, trapping the Sheriff and his guards inside the castle. When Robin picks up the flaming arrow he shoots it at the oil where it sticks firmly in the ground, but if you listen closely when the arrow hits the floor there is the sound of the arrow bouncing against stone - it couldn't make that noise if it hit the ground directly and stuck there.
