Continuity mistake: When Don Knotts is in the old Simmons mansion, he falls down a chute of some kind. If you watch closely you will see the stunt person looks nothing like Don Knotts. It is a younger man with very straight hair.
Visible crew/equipment: While passing the frat-house bus, in the close-up, as the two girls are about to flash, the reflections of the camera and two crew members moving on the crew's vehicle are visible on the glass window. (00:14:15)
Continuity mistake: When Theodore goes to Amy for comfort in her apartment, there's someone (or something), walking at the front door, but then not again in the next shot. Keep your eyes top right, it's very visible. (01:26:50)
Other mistake: When Judith is locked in J.D. and Wayne's basement, she is first wearing a long night gown and she is chained at the ankle to an engine. Then she is given a box of clothes to use and she is next seen wearing shorts - how did she put them on if she was chained at the ankle? (00:45:10)
Continuity mistake: When Cody Banks crashes a rocket propelled snowboard into a tree, Ronica Miles meets him using a jet pack. When she lands, she unbuckles herself and all the straps are seen free. After a shot of Cody's snowboard in the tree, it goes back to Ronica and she begins unbuckling herself from the jet pack again.
Continuity mistake: Throughout the movie Bailey's hair gets longer and shorter.
Continuity mistake: After his father's funeral, when Drew turns on the ignition and in following shots, the leather band that he wears on his right wrist (not the watch) is clasped with its strap facing his thumb, yet when he passes the sign for 60B, the band goes round the opposite way. Continuity mistake: While this movie is so bad and full of mistakes, its barely worth finding them all, one stands out in the history of movie mistakes. One of the officers on board the ship, Lt. Lamont, is killed by the villain. A few scenes later she shows up on the bridge as an extra.
Continuity mistake: In one scene, Alfred Molina's character forgets he should have a French accent and speaks to the minister, who is gardening, with his best London accent for the whole scene. It's very obvious - the whole cinema started laughing. (01:05:00)

Continuity mistake: During the sequence where Margaret proposes to Andrew on the street in New York, the same woman in a green sweater walks by three times.
Suggested correction: The movie takes place over the course of several months, of course her hair changes length. Therefore not a continuity error.
