![Grease picture](/images/titles/0-999/560_sm.jpg)
Factual error: The movie and events take place in 1958. However, two Fender amplifiers that are used by the band, "Johnny Casino and The Gamblers" are "Silverface" models that were only manufactured between 1967 and 1981.
![A Cinderella Story picture](/images/titles/4000-4999/4408_sm.jpg)
Visible crew/equipment: As Sam and Rhonda have Fiona's car confiscated, when Fiona runs out shouting, "I can pay for those parking tickets!" the crew's black mat is laid out on the walkway, but in the overhead shot when she tries to run away that mat is gone. (Visible on fullscreen DVD.) (01:28:10)
![The Princess Bride picture](/images/titles/1000-1999/1017_sm.jpg)
Visible crew/equipment: After Wesley sets the ROUS on fire, as the ROUS is writhing on the ground, you can see a crew member (fire safety?) walk into view beneath one of the roots of the trees on the right-hand side. (00:47:35)
![The Parent Trap picture](/images/titles/0-999/953_sm.jpg)
Plot hole: The parents meet and get married on the QE II and then we jump to the girls getting to camp 11 years and nine months later. We learn their 12th birthdays are on October 11, so at the time of the camp (which must be around July/August) they are 11 years and around 9 months old. They should only be 11, given it takes 9 months to grow a baby, but instead they're nearly 12.
Suggested correction: Elizabeth James got pregnant sometime within the 11 years. Their parents sent them to camp in July because in October they both turn 12. So they are 11 years 9 months old.
The mistake is valid, but perhaps not specific enough about why. The opening scene takes place Jan 8, 1986 (as seen on the marriage licence). Then it says 11 years and 9 months later, which would mean in the next scene it's October 1997 (when it's July 1998). It's 11 years and 9 months after the twins' birth and/or the parents' divorce. But we're not actually shown that part.
![Twilight picture](/images/titles/7000-7999/7525_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: When Bella and Edward talk in the woods, Bella drops her backpack in front of a tree. In a subsequent shot, the backpack has disappeared. (00:49:55 - 00:50:55)
![The Bachelor picture](/images/titles/0-999/103_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: In the very last scene of the movie where Chris O'Donnell and Renee Zellweger are on the terrace taking their vows, Renee is holding a bouquet. In one shot it is a bouquet of pink flowers, then it changes to a bouquet of yellow flowers and keeps switching back and forth throughout the scene.
![Chasing Amy picture](/images/titles/0-999/256_sm.jpg)
Visible crew/equipment: The cameraman is visible in the reflection of window while Holden is walking back to his car in the rain.
![10,000 B.C. picture](/images/titles/7000-7999/7276_sm.jpg)
Revealing mistake: After Evolet got hit by the arrow and presumably dies, D'leh is staring at a mammoth. Behind the mammoth, you can see that the background is a picture.
![The Muppets Take Manhattan picture](/images/titles/4000-4999/4992_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: In the scene just before Miss Piggy and Eileen get fired from the department store, Miss Piggy is watching Kermit and Jenny hug. She then bends a metal pole in half and starts hitting a barrel with it. When she first starts hitting it, the pole she is hitting it with is very thick(much thicker than the one she bent in half), is a different colour and not bent in any way. In the next shot the pole is thinner, longer and looks like the one she originally had, but it is only bent at the top whereas Miss Piggy bent it in the middle. In the next shot of her after that, the pole is now thicker (but not as thick as the first one), is not bent and the colour has changed again. Also if you look around the area where Miss Piggy is, there is only one type of pole lying around, so where did the other two come from? (00:30:15)
![Willow picture](/images/titles/1000-1999/1413_sm.jpg)
Revealing mistake: When they are at the Nutmar camp in the mountains, Val Kilmer tells Willow "Get on that shield!" but when they go over a 6, 7, 8 foot drop when they are sledding down the snow, you can clearly see runners on the shield.
![Dear John picture](/images/titles/8000-8999/8389_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: John's staff sergeant military shoulder epaulet markings become upside down in the scene when he and Savannah are having dinner at her house when he comes to see her after his dad died. In a later shot shortly after, they are correct.
![Snow Falling on Cedars picture](/images/titles/1000-1999/1187_sm.jpg)
Other mistake: During the scene where the Japanese are being rounded up and taken to the internment camp, the camera is panning over the crowds of people walking down the street. Half way through this scene, there is a woman and a little girl, who seems to be carrying a stuffed Elmo, hardly appropriate for the time period.
![Say It Isn't So picture](/images/titles/1000-1999/1464_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: When Jo's mother and father are in the garden at Jack's house, she gets in her car with curly hair. The next scene shows her driving her car with straight hair.
![Troy picture](/images/titles/4000-4999/4152_sm.jpg)
Visible crew/equipment: As Achilles' ship nears the Trojan shores, Agamemnon snidely asks, "What's the fool doing? He's going to take the beach of Troy with fifty men?" At the start of the next shot, as the camera begins to pan down, on the far right, just beside a person's (who is dressed in blue) head is a metal bullhorn (ie. used to give instructions to cast/crew, and which definitely doesn't belong in this time period). (00:36:35)
![Indecent Proposal picture](/images/titles/0-999/648_sm.jpg)
Plot hole: At the end of the film Woody shows what a nice chap he is by spending the 'tainted' million dollars at a charity auction. He's just made his problems much worse - he paid his solicitor a large fee to arrange the deal, so he hasn't got a million in the bank. That cheque is going to bounce so fast it will crack the plaster on the roof of the bank, and bouncing a million dollar cheque is a serious criminal offence in the US. (There is no way enough interest could have built up to cover the difference, either).
![Tombstone picture](/images/titles/1000-1999/1307_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: When Curly Bill is shooting up the town while drunk, he fires about 10 more rounds than his six shooter can hold without reloading (so too many shots even if he had a second gun), and still has a round remaining when he shoots Marshal Fred White. In the 1880 court hearing held after Marshal White's death, Curly Bill still had 5 rounds remaining in his pistol.
![The Mirror Has Two Faces picture](/images/titles/0-999/837_sm.jpg)
Visible crew/equipment: When Barbra Streisand is standing in front of a window in Pierce Brosnan's apartment, if you look at the part of the window to her right, you can see the reflection of a crewmember standing in a doorway, drinking from a can. (01:50:00)
![Better Off Dead picture](/images/titles/0-999/147_sm.jpg)
Factual error: A native French speaker like Monique would never mistake the word 'testicle' for 'tentacle'. The French word for 'testicle' is 'testicule' and the word for 'tentacle' is 'tentacules' - both are pronounced almost identically to the English form. She'd have to confuse the two words in French, and not even a non-English speaking French person would make a mistake like that. Monique's English is very good. She'd be perfectly aware of what she was saying.,.
![Becoming Jane picture](/images/titles/6000-6999/6570_sm.jpg)
Factual error: It's late 18th, possibly early 19th century and, as Jane and her sister walk along the beach, a construction crane is visible on the horizon.
![Alita: Battle Angel picture](/images/titles/12000-12999/12635_sm.jpg)
Continuity mistake: When Alita is playing the street version of motor ball she knocks over Tanji. In the next shot Tanji is following her in the pack as she scores, then the shot switches back to him on the ground.
