Visible crew/equipment: When Calamity and Katie are driving back on the stage they are attacked by Indians before they arrive in town. Calamity starts shooting at them from behind the large suitcase with Adellaid Adams wrote on it. Initially there is no mark on the suitcase but halfway through the scene a black mark appears below the D of Adellaid and if you look very closely you can see the piece of string along which the arrow is shot.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mitchie is at her locker at school, Sierra walks up to her and there is a white chalk marker line on the floor that she promptly steps on to speak to her friend.
Visible crew/equipment: As Zeebo is kissing Tanya, the device used to make his ears wiggle is briefly visible.
Visible crew/equipment: As the Baroness is falling into the lake, there is a shot of her about 10m above it. The surface water looks like it is being blown by a helicopter. As soon as she is in the water, the lake is calm again.
Visible crew/equipment: In Tevye's "dream", you can see the wires used to make Fruma Sarah's ghost fly. (Seen on TV broadcast.)
Visible crew/equipment: When Groucho enters the rehearsal area, the shadow of the camera is visible behind him.

Visible crew/equipment: In the ice skating scene at the end of the movie, Shelton and others are saying good bye to Smoochy. Buggy fires, and the camera goes to Shelton falling to the ground. If you look at Shelton's head, you can see the special effects tub that shoots air (or something) out, to give the impression a bullet has just gone into Shelton's suit.
Visible crew/equipment: In the Sperm song, when the verse says "Mine, and mine" and the corpse says "Mine", you can see a distorted silhouette of a lighting tripod (It could not be a camera tripod as the camera is in a different angle).

Visible crew/equipment: When Kermit is at Sardi's (the restaurant), when the waiter asks to take his coat, Kermit says, "No!" Look right beside Kermit. Visible crew/equipment: When Ms Price tries to fly on her broom and she is launched upwards and wipes-out on the floor, she is replaced by a very obvious and much younger stunt double.
