Question: Is it ever specified in this movie or in any of the books or biographies written about the Blues Brothers exactly where, when or how Jake dies?

Continuity mistake: In the first scene the librarian is pushing a cart of books. In one shot both her hands are gripping the back but in the next shot her left hand is holding the top shelf. (00:00:50)

Question: We see the band in jail with the Blues Brothers at the end. Why did the band get arrested?

Chosen answer: Forgetting any "conspiracy to" offences that they would commit by just being around the brothers, don't forget they also pretended to be the Good Ol' Boys and drove away without paying, more than enough to send them down for a while.

Continuity mistake: After Sir Lancelot has gone on a rampage at the wedding party, the bride is first seen with a clean face. Then in the close-up she has loads of bright red Pythonesque blood coming from her mouth and running onto her chin. In the next shot, the blood has disappeared again.

Continuity mistake: When Amélie goes into the grocer's apartment for the first time, there is a close-up shot of her unlocking the door. The sleeve you see in this shot is completely different from the shirt she's wearing when she steps inside.

Audio problem: At Marlowe's funeral, the sound of the choir boys' voices is a line or so ahead of what their lips are singing.

The Sting (1973)

Audio problem: When Hooker first meets Gondorff he says "he didn't tell me you were a screw-up." However, when he says 'screw-up' in some versions you can't distinctly see his lips form the letter F, meaning that he actually said another, ruder word that was covered up later.

Trivia: As Harry enters Prof. Dumbledore's study, a portrait of Gandalf the Grey (from "The Lord of the Rings" books) is included in the collection of the great wizard paintings. It is above the door frame and slightly to Harry's right. (01:13:55)
