Other mistake: When Bev and Jason are on their way to visit Ray to get the form signed, they stop at a diner. Jason uses the phone to call Amelia and Bev orders 2 black coffees to go. After she leaves the bathroom and Jason hangs up the phone, Bev walks out the door and says "Jason are you coming?" and Jason grabs the coffees, but neither of them ever pay for them. (01:34:24)
Other mistake: It's settled that Lawrence takes 50 of Prince Faisal's men with him to fight the Turks in Akaba (as long as they get there through the burning desert). But to my calculations there's only 32 men riding with him, plus those young servant wannabe's who (without permission) follow the party.
Other mistake: During the scene of the attempted coup at the SS ministry, several officers are wearing heavy winter coats and gloves. The action takes place on July 20th.
Other mistake: In the scene where Johnny Cash is seen beating his first wife, there are at least two shots from behind where the "tag" on Johnny's t-shirt can be seen. However, this visible tag is one of the new Hanes tag-less tees, which clearly was not available at that time.
Other mistake: After the Cid dies and is propped up on his horse to try to fool the enemy into thinking that he still lives, he leads his army out of the fortress and attacks the offenders. Just after he comes out of the gates the horse stops and there is a shot of the Cid on his horse being almost silhouetted against the sun. If you watch carefully you will see Charlton Hestons' head move slightly and look towards the direction of the enemy.Even though the horse turns slightly under him the Cid's' head keeps looking in their direction. Obviously this would be impossible if he was dead, and even more so when you remember that his body was supposed to have been tied tightly to a support so that he would sit upright when on top of the horse.
Other mistake: A shot of Karen on the exercise bike is used twice: the first time is out of order with the following shots because her hair is long, then short, then long again. The same shot is used to depict a few years later.
Other mistake: At the end of the Do-Re-Mi number, as Maria and the children are going up the stairs at the end of the song, Kurt still has his mouth open, even though the song has finished.
Other mistake: In the scene where Jim is getting ready to lose his virginity there is a blood spot on the top right hand side of his forehead. Afterwards he's seen up journaling and the blood has switched sides.
Other mistake: In the opening credits, they are putting make-up on Gia who we later find out is dead. They show a close-up of Angelina Jolie's eyes and her lids are shaking because she is trying to keep them open.
Other mistake: When Oscar Wilde visits his wife's grave near Genoa, the headstone states "Wife of Oscar Wilde". It originally stated only "Constance Mary, daughter of Horace Lloyd, Q.C." and "Wife of Oscar Wilde" was not added until later.
Other mistake: In the scene where Norman, his girlfriend and her family are seeing off her brother at the train station, you can see modern tractor trailers on the interstate highway in the background.
Other mistake: The extras used as a live audience for the first "episodes" of "The Dating game" are the same used seconds before as an audience in the cinema scene where Chuck and Penny are kissing.
Other mistake: In the beginning of the movie, Notorious B.I.G. is a little boy sitting on his porch writing rhymes on his notebook and he is left-handed. Later in the movie, when Notorious B.I.G. is an adult, he is right-handed.
Other mistake: Schindler is having the glass door of his office lettered. The style and size of how it is done changes when the one armed worker comes to thank Schindler as he eats breakfast.
Other mistake: In the motel room after the lead character's one night stay, she is seen repacking her hiking and camping equipment which is splayed across two single made-up beds, one of which should have been slept in. (00:05:00)
Other mistake: When Jenny Lind is on stage singing 'Never Enough' during her American debut, she is in a very large theater with a crowded audience, and full orchestra. Obviously she would have to be miced, and have her voice amplified, for such a large space. When she is actually singing, her character's voice (or rather the dubbed voice of Loren Allred) is greatly amplified, with sound effects. But during this actual scene, there is no microphone or amplification system present. She does not have a microphone stand in front of her. There is no microphone hanging from the ceiling, or anywhere on stage that we can see. Technology was limited at that time, so she would not be using any type of cordless headset, or wireless microphone, which cannot be seen anyway. Her character's voice is obviously amplified a great deal through a microphone, which doesn't seem to exist.
Other mistake: Near the very end of the movie, Bush has a college baseball game on between the Texas Longhorns and the Miami Hurricanes. We see a Miami player rounding third and scoring at home plate. But the TV announcer says, "and Texas takes a 2-1 lead." With Miami doing the scoring, Texas can't be taking the lead at that moment.
Other mistake: In the earlier part of the movie (at Corregidor Philippines) where Japanese warplanes are bombing the field camp, it can be seen that a warplane approaching its target can be seen with no bomb attached underneath, and yet an explosion takes place on a targeted machine gun position. The action scene is repeated minutes later, this time hitting the escaping and running soldiers.
Other mistake: In the scene where Madiba reads in the newspaper about the Springbok coach and manager being fired, the article's heading reads "Springbok coach and manager axed" but the article itself is actually about the South African and England cricket teams.
Other mistake: Jeffrey gets pulled over by a cop. He shows his license to the cop and the date of birth is the late 1990s, but he was a young boy in the 70s.
