Question: Can anyone explain to me the game everyone is playing in the scene where Michael comes to pick Lanie up for their first date? He obviously understood it and made suggestions but I can't figure out what they are doing.

Continuity mistake: When Ingrid is telling the kids the story in the beginning of how she fell in love with their dad, she mentions how nervous she was on the day of the wedding until she was walking down the aisle and saw him for the fist time. Then, as they said "I Do" was when the planes came and they escaped during the ceremony. But later on in the safehouse Carmen finds pictures from the wedding,including one of Ingrid and Gregorio together. So when were those taken?

Continuity mistake: At the end of the movie where Jonathan is laying down on the skating rink with all the people skating around him, it starts to snow, and you can see several small puddles all over the rink. The shot flashes to show him still lying in the exact same spot with no skaters anywhere (to signify a time lapse), but all of the puddles look exactly the same, haven't changed a bit. If people were still skating they probably would have enlarged, and if they'd stopped they should have refrozen. (01:21:45)

Continuity mistake: Towards the beginning of the movie when Rankin Fitch is in the cab, watch the meter. They drive only for a few minutes, but the meter never changes from $24.50. (00:08:05)

Continuity mistake: In the scene where everyone is waiting for Red to get out of surgery, a nurse walks by with a stethoscope around her neck. This is a mistake for a couple of reasons. Number 1, it is a modern style Littman stethoscope that wasn't used until the 1970's. The old stethoscopes of the 30's look really different than they do now. Also, back then, nurses didn't routinely carry stethoscopes like they do these days to do assessments.

Factual error: During the times where Red is in the hospital, they show Red several times with a cotton blanket with a certain type of weaving they didn't use until the 1960's. In the 30's they were still using single weave blankets. Kind of hard to explain, but older nurses could tell you.

Continuity mistake: During the very last scene with all of the Freelings, Taylor and Tangina, right after Taylor leaves alone in the Freelings' car and the Freelings start walking down the street, the camera pans back so you can see the whole neighborhood including where they were just standing. Where did Tangina go?

Continuity mistake: When Bill Lumbergh pulls into his parking space at Initech, the sign reads "Reserved for Bill Lumbergh, Division V.P." When Peter later pulls into the same space the sign only reads "Reserved for Bill Lumbergh." (00:02:50 - 00:41:05)

Other mistake: Towards the end of the movie, Carmen hands a guy some 3D glasses with a crack in one of the lenses and says something like "Sorry it's the last one," but less than a minute later hands a different guy a pair of 3D glasses.

Other mistake: When Bev and Jason are on their way to visit Ray to get the form signed, they stop at a diner. Jason uses the phone to call Amelia and Bev orders 2 black coffees to go. After she leaves the bathroom and Jason hangs up the phone, Bev walks out the door and says "Jason are you coming?" and Jason grabs the coffees, but neither of them ever pay for them. (01:34:24)

Continuity mistake: When Angelica is first in the Thornberry's camper, she pushes a red button that opens the door to the machine that lets them travel underwater. When she comes back later to get it, she flips a silver switch instead of the red button.

Continuity mistake: When Donnie takes Chuckie's clothes and then throws Chuckie his own shorts, Chuckie puts them on and the shorts fall right off. Chuckie makes a comment about his shorts being a lot bigger, yet Chuckie's shorts seem to fit Donnie perfectly and a few minutes later Donnie's shorts now fit Chuckie just fine.
