Audio problem: Near the end of the movie when the parrot is going to light the firecrackers, he is talking perfectly even though he has a match in his mouth. (01:30:35)
Audio problem: In one scene where Jackson is caught by some bad guys you can see (and hear) that a couple of times when Jackson laughs it is badly dubbed over.
Audio problem: When Klebb visits SPECTRE Island and first speaks with Morzeny, most of the conversation heard does not synch up with their lips. (00:12:10)
Audio problem: Before the Tortuga bar brawl the musicians are shown playing their instruments. When Elizabeth says, "I just wanted to have the pleasure of doing that myself," it is quiet in the bar, but the violinist is seen happily playing directly behind her and no sound is heard. (01:08:20)
Audio problem: Counsellor Troi visits Picard in his quarters after he finds out that his brother dies. Listen to Picard say "Counsellor - er". There is an audio editing mistake of some sort where you could clearly hear that his voice was dubbed over the original, the original being off by a fraction of a second. The "er" sound from "Counsellor" is repeated. (00:38:20)
Audio problem: As soon as Nemo begins playing the record, we hear a woman say "Ready, professor?". However, the actual recording doesn't start until the needle is put into position, which is after she says that.
Audio problem: Despite the fact that Scheider's character is driving a Pontiac Ventura with an automatic transmission (note the floor pedals), the sound we hear is of a four-speed manual car being 'double-clutched' (reused sound from the Mustang GT in the film 'Bullitt'). (00:55:30)
Audio problem: After Stark escapes, he is walking in the desert, and crests the brow of a sand dune. Then, helicopters burst into view over him and you hear them for the first time. Stark was on the brow of the dune and should have heard them long before.
Audio problem: In the scene at Willard Whyte's house where Thumper and Bambi are fighting Bond, Bond gets thrown into 3 cylindrical statues. Just as the shot cuts, you can see the last column beginning to topple but there is no sound as it crashes to the floor in the next shot.
Audio problem: At the start of the movie when Shao Kahn and Raiden are fighting, Shao Kahn smashes Raiden into a pile of bricks. Then Shao Kahn says "You will never win". Watch when he says it because his mouth doesn't move.

Audio problem: After the Trojans start to fire arrows at the ship, the second Myrmidon who falls overboard into the water, screams loudly as he falls, though his mouth is clenched shut. It is the type of yell that cannot be made with a closed mouth. (00:40:00)

Audio problem: When Kirk says, "Stop energizers," watch his lips closely - he really says, "Stop engines." Mike Okuda points this out in the text commentary on the Director's Edition DVD. The reason the line (and also the one following it) was redubbed was because someone pointed out during post-production that the engines couldn't simply be stopped on a dime. (00:39:08)
Audio problem: When Leonardo stops Daimyo, the words "Hold it, Bucko" are heard, but Leonardo is not seen to be speaking at all. (01:15:30)
Audio problem: When Jack digs for the statue in the puddle, and he hits it, it makes a sound like iron against ceramics, but the bunny statue is wrapped in hay and cloth. The wrapping is so thick that the spade would not be able to touch the statue, so it would make no sound at all when he hit it with the spade.
Audio problem: At the very beginning where the two young boys cut the eye holes, the sound of cloth ripping is not synchronized with the knife cutting it.
Audio problem: When Conan is fighting the half lizard/man monster and discovers that breaking the glass panes hurts him, it cuts to a shot of his friends behind one of the panes and the thief says, "That's exactly what I would have done, exactly." His lips don't match the words at all.
