Audio problem: When Will Smith is looking at the two space ships at the MIB headquarters, if you look in the background Zed and K are there typing on the computer. But if you look closer you can tell that they're not even touching the keyboard and the sounds are just added into the movie. (01:16:00)
Audio problem: The ship is going at full speed towards the coast - making a roaring engine sound. But when it hits the coast and stops, the sound of the engines stop too. Who turned them off? (01:46:25)
Audio problem: There is a scene where Johnny 23 is on the tower and he sees all of those cars coming. He runs, and while he's running he yells "holy shi*". His mouth didn't move at all. (01:12:20)
Audio problem: Near the end of the film, when we see the Queen's new mutation, the scene opens up by showing all the scientists attached to the wall. Dr. Gediman is rambling on and on about the Queen's 'perfect' mutation. However, it is quite clear he isn't saying any of the words. In fact, from the way his mouth moves, it looks like he's literally saying 'blah blah blah, blah blah blah'. (01:27:05)
Audio problem: When Ice Cube hits the snake with a mattock, you hear a metal on metal sound.
Audio problem: Near the end of the movie when the parrot is going to light the firecrackers, he is talking perfectly even though he has a match in his mouth. (01:30:35)
Audio problem: At the start of the movie when Shao Kahn and Raiden are fighting, Shao Kahn smashes Raiden into a pile of bricks. Then Shao Kahn says "You will never win". Watch when he says it because his mouth doesn't move.
Audio problem: When Jason Patric is pursuing Willem Dafoe and firing a shotgun, the gun is a semi-automatic (self-loading) model. However, the sound mix includes the very distinctive noise of a pump-action shotgun being cycled manually before each shot.
Audio problem: During the lion fight scene, George says "Here kitty, kitty, kitty" but his mouth does not move at all.
Audio problem: When Catzilla is chasing the mouse and gets stuck in the mousetraps and starts meowing, if you look closely at the mouth, the cat isn't really meowing at all.
Audio problem: When the troops are lined up on the fort's wall near the end preparing for the waves of bugs, Lt. Rasczak is walking at a fast pace behind them and shouts something before aiming his gun. Before he aims his gun, he is seen shouting the same thing as he walks past them, but there's no sound coming out of his mouth. (01:29:25)
Audio problem: When Karl is trying to push himself on Jamie, you can hear her screaming when the shot is outside the car, and the screaming continues when the shot's showing both of them, but she isn't screaming.
Audio problem: When the stewardess is telling the people that she's putting on the sleep regulator, they show a different shot, and you see in the background she's mouthing words that don't match up. (01:15:25)

Audio problem: When Mr. Freeze talks about his plan to freeze the city, he yells out "It'll be winter forever here in Gotham," but if you watch, his mouth doesn't match his voice at all through the entire sentence.
Audio problem: When Austin and Mrs. Kensington are shooting at Dr. Evil after he gets into his Cryogenic Freezing Chamber, in the last shot before it shows the Big Boy shooting off of the club, many sounds of gunfire are heard, however, both Austin and Mrs. Kensington have appeared to have stopped shooting. (00:06:25)
Audio problem: After the engines of the stealth boat are stopped, Bond is walking around with a sub machine gun and his pistol. His pistol has a large silencer/suppressor on it. A man tries to ambush him on a later and Bond turns and fires his pistol at him several times. Despite the suppressor, the gun makes the full sound of the shots. (01:45:14)
Audio problem: When the police and reporters are outside the warehouse where the dinosaur attack happened, Captain. Polaris communicates with other cops by radio. Strangely enough, his own voice, and the voice of the bald cop beside him also sound mechanical, with the crackling quality you hear over radios, even though they are on screen and should be heard normally. This even goes on when they are talking to each other, without using the radios.
Audio problem: When Ford and a terrorist are fighting in a side room, he knocks him out with the stool. He clearly grabs the stool by the metal legs, hitting him with the black cushion part and yet a metallic 'clang' can be heard. Even a metal bar against your head wouldn't make that noise.
Audio problem: At the end of the film, when Kull raises his axe and says, "By this axe, I rule," his lips don't match when he says "By this."
