The Eighth Part of the Village - S3-E3

Revealing mistake: When Sato arrives at the estate he exits the car then walks with his two guards towards Higgins, and in the wide shot as Higgins and Sato face each other for the first time, note all the small branches strategically placed on the grass to mark the four actors' proper positions for blocking the shot. Deliberate mistake: When the Simon brothers are parked across the street from the entrance to Robin's Nest, with Harold Sands in the back seat, Rick uses binoculars to have a closer look at the estate. Two Birds of a Feather - S3-E19

Revealing mistake: Sam takes off from Van Nuys on his Super Stearman. We'll see him in Waco do all sort of acrobatics...but when he is first shown in the air right after talking with Richard Roundtree, you get a glimpse of another cockpit where the real pilot is, strapped with the safety belt that pokes in frame. Faith and Begorrah - S3-E22

Continuity mistake: After the introductory scene in Ulster, Father Paddy McGuinness flies to Hawaii. The United airlines plane shown approaching the islands though is two different planes; the colors are different. In flight it has a horizontal gradient red and blue stripe, the second plane, shot during its landing, has a blue horizontal stripe with a red wave-like strip underneath. (00:06:45)

Faith and Begorrah - S3-E22

Continuity mistake: Right after the scene at the rooftop bar is a wrap, there's a shot of TC's helicopter that features a different serial number from the normal one, and padded skids. Next shot and the skids slimmed down. They go back to the padding for other shots after Magnum photographs the cetacea. (00:27:00)

Of Sound Mind - S3-E12

Higgins: How fiendishly deceptive of you, Magnum. I could have sworn I was hearing the emasculation of a large rodent. To my great surprise, I see the sounds are emanating from what I thought was a harmless musical instrument.
Magnum: Cute Higgins, real cute.
Higgins: Why Magnum? Why do this terrible thing?
Magnum: Higgins, I'll have you know I used to be very good. I was the second best sax player in my High School band!
Higgins: Well, how many sax players were there?!
Magnum: ...Anyway. I just saw this in a pawn shop window and thought I'd like to try and get my chops back.
Higgins: May I suggest that your "chops" are irretrievable.
Magnum: Higgins, did you come here just to abuse me!?
