Smaller Than Life - S4-E3

Continuity mistake: For the ending, Rick is shown putting on his pants. Few seconds later, when Higgins shouts "Your uniform!" at him, he's putting on the belt with the gun holster, but a few seconds later the belt he's trying to buckle is still the pants', and the gunbelt is still on the table. Factual error: Even if we ignore the Hollywood magic of the 80s when you can just get into the CIA database with an Atari operated by a kid, the modem also turns the hospital TV on. That's quite the omnipotent device.

Other mistake: Higgins is outraged about a precious 1923 sketch being stolen by Rick's friend. Then again, that invaluable (as he puts it) piece of paper was stored in an open rack, rolled up with a rubber band. That's hardly how such an antiquity would be preserved by someone who finds it this valuable.

Of Sound Mind - S3-E12

Higgins: How fiendishly deceptive of you, Magnum. I could have sworn I was hearing the emasculation of a large rodent. To my great surprise, I see the sounds are emanating from what I thought was a harmless musical instrument.
Magnum: Cute Higgins, real cute.
Higgins: Why Magnum? Why do this terrible thing?
Magnum: Higgins, I'll have you know I used to be very good. I was the second best sax player in my High School band!
Higgins: Well, how many sax players were there?!
Magnum: ...Anyway. I just saw this in a pawn shop window and thought I'd like to try and get my chops back.
Higgins: May I suggest that your "chops" are irretrievable.
Magnum: Higgins, did you come here just to abuse me!?
