Factual error: Just before the fade-out of the first shot of Robin's limo in France, there are 3 street signs saying "Meyrargues 5 kms", "Marseilles 22 kms", "Aix-en-Provence 6 kms." It's an impossible triangulation; they are almost on a line, Marseilles is about 40 kms south of Aix, which is about 18 kms south of Meyrargues. (00:01:40)

Continuity mistake: In the first minutes, Rick is talking up the properties of some special fruit juice. He passes the glass to Magnum, who takes a sip from a slightly fuller glass than he was given, and passes back to him a glass with a level of juice that drops dramatically between shots, and keeps doing so throughout the entire scene. Visible crew/equipment: During the fake accident, in the semi-POV shoot with the camera behind the wheel, you can spot roadside the film unit (crew and equipment) that filmed the previous shot, with the car cutting the bike's path. (00:27:00)
Continuity mistake: The bike falls down diagonal to the road lines, but it's practically parallel in the rest of the scene. (00:27:00)
Factual error: Magnum is scouting the prison facility with his binoculars. During the scene, the audio track to give the impression of the jungle surround has the trademark kookaburra laughter, which is not a Hawaiian bird. (00:33:55)
Revealing mistake: Magnum is carrying up the mountain stairway a Higgins-shaped dummy instead of the real John Hillerman, as obvious by the lifeless bounce of its legs. (00:38:20)
Audio problem: Magnum screams "SHUT UP!" to Higgins, but actually when John Hillerman is on his back during the mountain climb and mentions Lord Mountbatten, his lips are not moving. (00:38:40)

Continuity mistake: During the rescue escape, while Magnum is carrying Higgins on his back, Higgins has handcuffs around his wrists. Each of the locked wrist cuffs have a single and double bar, and during the span of the rescue these cuffs switch direction and face the opposite way around Higgins' wrists, which is impossible.
