Visible crew/equipment: After Jim-Bob gets home he and John talk for a bit, then just as Jim-Bob walks behind his father and says, "I hope you find your fishing pole," the arm of a crew member is visible at the right side of the screen. (00:08:10)
The Recluse - S6-E3
Visible crew/equipment: After the scene with Ben and his friends at the Hawaiian themed restaurant, when it cuts to the family sitting around the table, the c-stand and caster rolling base of the set's equipment are visible at the right side of the screen. (00:30:45)
The Recluse - S6-E3

Visible crew/equipment: After dinner, when G.W. and Erin walk outside there's a shot of the moon, and at the start of the next shot set equipment is visible behind the vehicle, at the left side of the screen. (00:10:55)
Visible crew/equipment: When Jim-Bob is in his car trying to get it going, in the last shot as he successfully drives away from The House, the reflector screen is visible at the left side of the screen, and the shadow of a crew member with filming equipment is also seen at the bottom, left side of the screen. (01:10:25)
Visible crew/equipment: After Mary Ellen tells Elizabeth that she guesses the question was answered during the meal, when it cuts to Jason playing the guitar the camera pulls back, and the T-mark is visible on the floor at the doorway. (01:00:25)
Visible crew/equipment: When Mary Ellen and Curt come back to the Walton house after the false labor, Olivia tells everyone to head back to their beds, and as they all disperse the white T-mark is visible on the floor, near the front door. (00:50:55)
Visible crew/equipment: After Mary Ellen leaves in the van to visit Curt at Fort Lee, when it cuts to Olivia with the baby, the shadow of the boom mic dips into view just as John sits down. (00:33:35)
Factual error: After Jason tells Olivia that he's giving up playing his music because he doesn't think he has a choice, when it cuts to the exterior shot of the rooming house, the vehicle parked in front is modern. The same type of thing happens later, when John rescues Pip from the airfield there are modern vehicles, etc, on the street in the background. (00:34:30 - 01:29:30)
The Ordeal - S6-E19
Visible crew/equipment: When Erin is put in charge, Olivia tells everyone to pitch in without complaining, then just as John says, "All right, let's go," the shadow of the boom mic is visible as it moves across the cabinet near the top, right side of the screen. (00:29:00)

The Return - S6-E20
Factual error: Right before the scene with John-Boy and Daisy at the restaurant, there's a shot of Times Square, and two of the marquees advertise the 1946 movie "The Jolson Story," and the 1946 movie "The Best Years of Our Lives," and also reads "Picture of the Year" which it won at the 1947 Academy Awards, but this episode takes place in 1940. (00:05:30)
The Return - S6-E20
Factual error: The year is 1940, and in the opening shot (as the name Richard Thomas appears on the screen) we have a view of Lower Manhattan as seen from the East River below the Brooklyn Bridge, but the problem is some of the buildings we see did not exist in 1940, such as One Chase Manhattan Plaza, which did not begin construction until 1957. (00:01:40)

The Return - S6-E20
Visible crew/equipment: With the family sitting around the table Olivia says grace, and just as she gets to the end of her prayer, the T-mark on the wood floor behind Erin is visible. This shot then dissolves into John-Boy sitting alone at the table, and as the camera turns toward the right more white tape marks are on the floor. (01:24:15)
Continuity mistake: When Pup and Tess are on the runway and John runs to save them, they huddle as the plane passes. After the plane passes, they stand up but you cannot see the airplane that supposedly just passed them. (01:29:35)
