Continuity mistake: When Fabian Cortez is scapegoating Gambit in front of the mob, he grabs him by the blue clothing that lines the body armor on his chest. When he says to Gambit "Mark my words X-Man..." the blue clothing is now the same brown color as Gambit's trenchcoat. (00:05:20)
Continuity mistake: After Magneto crashes through the roof of the U.N. building, the nameplates designating the nations of the delegates have suddenly become blank. (00:02:20)
Continuity mistake: At the very end of the previous episode after Proteus had messed with Wolverine's sense of reality, Wolverine is shown whimpering in an open area. When Wolverine is shown at the beginning of this episode still whimpering, he has suddenly moved next to a treeline. Given the state of shock he was in, it's doubtful he would have gotten up and moved. (00:02:00)
Continuity mistake: When Proteus possesses the truck driver, the truck driver's wristwatch disappears in one shot. (00:15:10)
Continuity mistake: When Wolverine, Rogue and Beast are approaching Proteus in the Blackbird, in the first shot you can see through the windows that Wolverine is wearing a jacket. When the shot changes, the jacket is suddenly gone. (00:13:05)
