Continuity mistake: When Abby is being short with Gibbs and picks up the evidence bag she is holding it with 2 hands. Camera changes angle and now she is holding it with one hand. (00:17:50)

Continuity mistake: When DiNozzo is holding the park rangers business card, his finger is to the left of the logo in the centre of the card. Then it is on the right instantly. Writing also appears in the wider shot. (00:18:30)

Continuity mistake: Ziva holds up a business card to show Tony, when she does she is holding up facing him in one hand. Camera changes and now she is reading the card and holding it in 2 hands. (00:18:35)

Continuity mistake: Ziva puts the park ranger's card in her pocket. Only to be seen holding up for Tony to read in the very next shot. (00:18:50)

Continuity mistake: When DiNozzo is lying about being married he has two hands over his face. Camera changes and now one hand is down at his side. (00:24:40)

Continuity mistake: When Abby is showing Gibbs and co. what she found on PO Riley's clothes, she has a clipboard under her left arm. In the next shot, the clipboard has instantly jumped over into her right hand. (00:25:35)

Visible crew/equipment: When Ziva is with Jason Edom in the interrogation room, Ziva sits down and asks him if he's afraid of germs. Then after Edom's closeup, the red T-mark is visible on the floor near the door in the wide shot. (00:31:55)

Continuity mistake: When the director heads to the door to lets the Major out, the left hand door handle is at a severe angle. When she reaches the door the handle is level. (00:34:25)

Continuity mistake: When Ziva is monitoring the Spanish chat she has her one hand up to her headphone in the panning shot. However in the close up she does not. (00:21:05)

Factual error: McGee is seen trying to trace the SMS/email and we see a brief glimpse of the screen when he says he's found the IP address. The address is 112.191.61.2913. Impossible as an IP never goes over 255. (00:31:00)

Visible crew/equipment: At the start, the camera crew can be seen reflected in the car's paint as it pans past the car. (00:00:25)

Continuity mistake: The camera pans across a line of several anime plushies. When the shot then goes wide, several of the plushies have either been re-arranged or removed completely, including a pink plush and the Kyogre plush. It also seems as though there are two Miroku plushies in the scene as well, one near the middle and one off to the side of the left pillow. (00:04:10)

Revealing mistake: When Tony is winding the cat up in the carry basket, we see a side shot when the cat "attacks" him. However looking through the side of the cage, you can see the cat is nowhere in sight and therefore unable to attack Tony. (00:07:50)

Deliberate mistake: When Tony's holding the cat's carrot toy he's nearly bitten, and the Probies laugh. Then while Tony directs his amusing fictional rant at one Probie, just as Tony asks, "Getting a kick out of this now, think this is funny?" this closeup is flipped. (00:08:50)

Continuity mistake: Ziva says how she has the same problem as Tony in regards to a neighbor. When she does we can see a red suit wearing agent entering the house. Camera cuts and he never appears. (00:09:20)

Continuity mistake: McGee brings the food back to NCIS and there are 3 bags on the tray. Two are taken leaving one. We then see Tony take one leaving a fourth on the tray that wasn't there before. (00:14:35)
