Visible crew/equipment: Just after the meeting Between Hodgins, Angela and the PI, we see a shot of Booth's FBI truck. In this shot you can see the silver camera car reflected in the black paintwork complete with open door for the camera. (00:09:10)
Continuity mistake: The PI hands Angela a picture of a house and the way Angela holds the photo changes between shots. (00:22:30)
Continuity mistake: Booth shoots the kidnapper through a door, creating a hole. This hole vanishes when Brennan walks out the door with Megan.
Factual error: E.M.T.'s do not normally have access to those type of drugs. Only Paramedics usually do.
Intern in the Incinerator - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: After discovering the kill site, Angela is talking to Zack. When she does, so she has her hands lowered by her waist. When the camera changes her hand is now by her chest playing with her pen. (00:15:00)
Intern in the Incinerator - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: Cam tells everyone to forget Gormagon and look at the evidence. When she does this, Angela has her hand in her pocket. When shot changes she has both hands out of her pocket and holding a folder. (00:15:50)
Intern in the Incinerator - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: After the autopsy we see Booth hanging around Hodgins' desk playing with two glass tubes. These tubes are horizontal and the ends of both tubes in Booth's hands. When the camera cuts, one tube is now angled upright and the end is no longer in Booth's hand and completely visible to the camera. (00:26:00)
Intern in the Incinerator - S3-E6
Continuity mistake: In the interrogation room Booth chucks the book on anaesthesiology down on the table and its position changes in relation to the folder it's on. (00:27:40)
Boy in the Time Capsule - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: When the tank is drained, the Rubik's cube changes position. It goes from green face up to red face up. (00:02:30)
Boy in the Time Capsule - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: When Hodgins says he took a sample of Roger, the way he's holding the liquid bottle changes between shots. (00:05:10)
Boy in the Time Capsule - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: Hodgins goes from holding the pocket watch in his right hand to holding it in his left hand instantly. (00:08:40)
Boy in the Time Capsule - S3-E7
Continuity mistake: In the car, Bones tells Booth about the one boy from High School she had a thing for. When she does her hand appears by her neck instantly between camera cuts. (00:09:20)
Boy in the Time Capsule - S3-E7
Factual error: It's established that the victim disappeared on June 10th 1987 which was the day the time capsule was sealed. However, earlier in the episode the tank is being drained and a part of the album Appetite for Destruction by the band Guns N' Roses is in the capsule. The album was initially released on July 21st 1987. Further to this, the sleeve of the album shows the common 'Cross' artwork which wasn't used on the 1st press of the album. The 'Cross' artwork was first released later that year. (00:12:00)
The Knight on the Grid - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: Amy comes to see Brennan at night to tell her about her daughter's sickness. There are a bunch of letters on the kitchen counter. The envelopes move around in between shots, most noticeably the brown one. (00:03:20)
The Knight on the Grid - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: When the taxi gets blown up we see the bag explode twice. Once which lifts the taxi slightly then a second time to help throw it over. (00:24:50)
The Knight on the Grid - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: When Booth & Bones' taxi gets blown up & flips, the car lands upright, with nothing on the roof except the (now broken) taxi light. Yet when Booth squirms out the driver's side window, there are a few large chunks of asphalt sitting on the roof. (00:25:20)
The Knight on the Grid - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: When Booth drags Bones out the car, he places her on the sidewalk. While putting her down her position changes drastically between shots. (00:25:40)
The Knight on the Grid - S3-E8
Continuity mistake: When Bones is dragged from the taxi after the explosion, she finds a tooth lodged in her arm (from bomb shrapnel). But she was pulled down for safety by Booth just before it went off, and was not exposed to the shrapnel - she was protected by the car door, and nothing was in a direct line to her. Added to that is the fact that her LEFT arm was hit - the arm that would have been on the 'inside/centre' of the front seat (the bomb went off on the right side of the car), and on which she was most likely lying - completely protecting that part of her body. (00:25:40)
The Knight on the Grid - S3-E8
Audio problem: As Booth works out Gormogon was trying to kill them he says "because we know the next target" the line is an overdub of the audio. (00:26:30)
The Knight on the Grid - S3-E8
Other mistake: Towards the end of the episode, Bones and Booth visit social services and discover the identify of an elderly man whom they then suspect to be a Gormagon Master, who had retired from social services and lived in a nursing home. Much earlier in the episode, back at the lab, there is a glass panel with a flow chart of Masters and Apprentice Gormagon's - one labeled Master has the picture of the old man from the nursing home - this is before the visit to social services or the nursing home. Answer: Answering my own question here but, having contacted various people involved in the production of Bones including Kathy Reichs, Hart Hanson, Eric Milligan, and Deirdre Lovegood who portrayed Taffet onscreen I finally have the answer. No-one know how she did it due to her constantly working alone. And she never revealed this information before her death.
