Continuity mistake: Quinn finds Natalie and goes over to where she is drinking and conversing with a man seated at a table. Quinn goes over, and in the next shot, she is alone at the table.
Deliberate mistake: Wade and Quinn go to the Top Hat Club. We see a line of people waiting to get in. After they are in the club a while, leave in a taxi, go to the park to meet Rembrandt and Arturo, discuss some things, talk to some passersby, and go back to the Top Hat. We again see a line waiting to get in. It is the same line with the same people in the same place as way earlier. It is a repeated shot of the previous queue from when they went there the first time.
Gillian Of The Spirits - S2-E3
Revealing mistake: When the nude lady closes the door, look closely - you can see the edge of her pink bra right under the bar. (00:43:30)
Gillian Of The Spirits - S2-E3
Plot hole: Quinn is unable to touch anything or anyone, yet he is somehow able to sit in a taxi cab. Why doesn't he fall through the car seat?
Suggested correction: This is a common trope with ghosts or people on the astral plane or out of phase. It's not a mistake since it's not a real life thing and it's not explained how it works (although there are some theoretical physics theories behind it). He can sit in the cab the same way he can walk on the ground and up stairs.
The Good, The Bad, And The Wealthy - S2-E4
Other mistake: When Rembrandt is playing poker for the first time, the guy across from him says he'll call (and then he raises). So Rembrandt folds (even though he had a full house) because that's what Priscilla told him to do. But Rembrandt was supposed to just ante and fold until Cliff got there. But because the guy called, that means Rembrandt made the first bet. He shouldn't have bet at all though.
Continuity mistake: When the car pulls into the computer store, there is only one occupant. However, Rembrandt, Quinn and Wade are all inside. (Incidentally, the reason this mistake occurred is that the shot of the car pulling into the parking spot was recycled from the Pilot episode).
Post Traumatic Slide Syndrome - S2-E8
Plot hole: Since Quinn's double built a sliding system in his basement, our sliders could have used it to reset the timer and go home, just like they intended to do in the episode "Eggheads."
Post Traumatic Slide Syndrome - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: When Wade enters the recording studio to see Rembrandt, we can see him reflected in the window removing his headphones and handing them to an assistant. The camera angle changes and he removes the headphones (again) & puts them down on a stool.
Greatfellas - S2-E10
Deliberate mistake: When Quinn comes back to the hotel room with a large stack of money he'd won at the casino, he waves it, and you can see a 1-dollar bill in the middle. He was supposed to have over $100,000, but since the crew couldn't get that much money for a brief scene, they used a stack of dollar bills. (00:35:40)
The Young And The Relentless - S2-E11
Visible crew/equipment: When Q notices a body face down in the pool, the camera points to pool and pans right. You can see a female crew member at a table with papers in the reflection of the glass door/window. (00:00:50)
Revealing mistake: The dialogue says they are in San Francisco while they wait for someone to pick them up for day laboring. A few moments later, we see on the top of the building "Vancouver Ice and Cold Storage". They're clearly filming in Vancouver, not in San Francisco. (00:01:25)
Other mistake: According to reverse-time issue: In court, when Quinn looks at the clock on the wall, you can see that the clock still goes forward, despite of the anticlockwise indicators since the digits are inverted. (00:31:25)
Suggested correction: You just explained the plot that Max explained to the group. Time is moving forward to the people of that world but moving backwards for them. So the anti-clockwise movement of the hands show time moving backwards while the reverse order of the numbers shows time moving forward.
Other mistake: The Sliders discover the reverse-time issue when they notice that the clock on the wall is backward. However, in other shots, clocks look normal. Look carefully at the clocks on the judge's desk as the camera pans by.
