Continuity mistake: The clock on Danielle's hospital room wall reads 11:40 a.m. when she's brought in. Seconds later when the nurse leads Rembrandt to a bed because he thinks he's going to give blood the clock on that wall reads 2:30 p.m.
Continuity mistake: When the Sliders see their first bunch of Welcomers get zapped, there is a short blonde woman in that group. We know later in the episode that these people are being burned to ashes; so she is now dead. In the final scene of the episode, that woman is in the audience.
Continuity mistake: Just before the friends slide, the door behind Rembrandt and Arturo alternates between open and closed between shots.
Continuity mistake: After Quinn bumps his head, he touches the wound with his left hand and his watch is turned around so the face looking inward. In the very next shot, from a different angle, he resumes touching his head but the watch has turned around to the standard position.
Post Traumatic Slide Syndrome - S2-E8
Continuity mistake: When Wade enters the recording studio to see Rembrandt, we can see him reflected in the window removing his headphones and handing them to an assistant. The camera angle changes and he removes the headphones (again) & puts them down on a stool.
Continuity mistake: Quinn finds Natalie and goes over to where she is drinking and conversing with a man seated at a table. Quinn goes over, and in the next shot, she is alone at the table.
Continuity mistake: When the Kromagg leader goes to eat an eyeball, he stabs his fork into a green eye. In the next shot when he lifts it up, the eye is now blue.
Continuity mistake: When Diana is at the cafe with her double, the book on the table changes position between shots. Some shots the binding is perpendicular to her body and in other shots it's more parallel with it.

Continuity mistake: When Mr. Chandler is on the roof with Quinn and says they should talk in his office, he's standing on Quinn's right side. In the next shot, Mr. Chandler is on Quinn's left side.
The Other Slide Of Darkness - S3-E21
Continuity mistake: When Alt-Quinn tries to hand Quinn the sword, the strap from the handle in hanging down, in from of his hand. In the next shot, the handle is in the opposite direction and behind his hand.
Continuity mistake: When Quinn has the real Duke's sword, he's pointing it towards the Duke. When the Duke tells his story, Quinn is dropping the sword down to his side. In the next shot it's back up pointing at the Duke.
Continuity mistake: When Serena and Rembrandt go sit on the couch, she hadn't grabbed the champagne glass yet, only reaching for it. But in the next shot it's already up to her to lips.
Continuity mistake: At the bar when the 3 are watching the game, Max has his hand up against his mouth as he's thinking. When Wade asks what he thinks, the shot changes and his hand is down.
Continuity mistake: When the car pulls into the computer store, there is only one occupant. However, Rembrandt, Quinn and Wade are all inside. (Incidentally, the reason this mistake occurred is that the shot of the car pulling into the parking spot was recycled from the Pilot episode).
Continuity mistake: In this episode the team is looking back into a slide that happened before Dr. Arturo passed away. Upon arrival on this version of earth they are showing them using a timer which they have obtained in the very episode (Exodus Part 2) Dr. Arturo gets shot and dies, and therefore couldn't have been used by them in this earlier slide.
Continuity mistake: Near the end of the episode, when Maggie goes into the Suspended Animation chamber, she shoots the Pressure Control box & destroys it. The Temperature Control box is not hit. Moments later, the Temperature Control box is the one that's destroyed.
Continuity mistake: When the Kromagg sub-commander captures Quinn in the kitchen area, Quinn is leaning back, away from the knife. The sub-commander is a good 8-12 inches shorter than Quinn. The camera angle changes, and now the sub-commander is about 6 inches taller than Quinn.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where the Sliders are walking along pushing the dead car and are intercepted by the army, watch John Rhys-Davies' hand placement. As he confronts the troops, the scene goes from him placing his hands in his coat pockets to a back shot of him clasping them behind his back. As the conversation continues, it cuts to a front shot where his hands are, once again, in his coat pockets. Every time the camera shifts from front to back, his hand placement changes with it.
Chosen answer: Quinn's brother was going to be a recurring character, so "introduced" in this case referred to the actor becoming a semi-regular.
