Audio problem: Alice's comment to the girls while handing them their books was obviously dubbed; there's an unusual echo quality in the sound. (00:03:05)
Continuity mistake: The amount and position of the soapsuds on Jan's shirt changes from shot to shot. (00:09:20)
Continuity mistake: When Greg comes home after Jennifer gives him her number, Greg is seen entering the house in the living room. Then a few seconds later he is seen entering the other side of the kitchen.
Continuity mistake: When Alice enters the kitchen you can see the ironing board from the doorway. When she is giving Tiger a bath the Ironing board has moved to the wall that can not be seen from the doorway. (00:01:30 - 00:04:05)
Dough Re Mi - S3-E16
Continuity mistake: During the recording of "Time To Change", Jan's hands are always together when she's shown. But in the shots showing just the boys, look at the right side of the screen and you can see fingers (which have to be Jan's since she's standing beside Peter) moving as if they're drumming on something.
Continuity mistake: Ken Berry and Brooke Bundy are seated at least a couple of feet from each other in the wide shots, but are right beside each other (arms touching) in the close-ups. (00:01:30)
The Hustler - S5-E21
Audio problem: Bobby is lining up a pool shot. There's a cut to Cindy, and as she says her line, the sound of pool balls being hit is heard. But when the pool table is shown again in the next shot, none of the balls have moved. Also the pool table moves from outside to inside. Lots of mistakes with the balls on the table throughout the game. (00:08:25)
Continuity mistake: The CLOSED sign behind Sam in the butcher shop keeps alternating between being tilted to the left and tilted to the right. (00:14:45)
The Winner - S2-E21
Continuity mistake: Bobby goes on a television show for an ice cream eating contest. The host of the show takes the spoons away from the contestants, then tells the kids to put their hands behind their backs. Before they do so a close-up shot of Bobby shows him holding the spoon. (00:19:45)
Audio problem: Before Mrs. Johnson leaves, she says something to Carol (looks like "I really am"). But there is no sound. (00:15:30)
Other mistake: When Mike calls home from the office on the rotary dial, his finger dials only two possible numbers 3,4 repeatedly. Not 762-0799 or 555-6161 the two numbers that the Bradys had during the run of the show. (00:17:15)
Audio problem: When Greg and Peter were in the family room helping Marcia write a letter to Davy Jones, Peter suggests telling him that he won a $10 million sweepstake. Then as they walk into the kitchen, you hear Greg saying "A $10 million sweepstake" and Peter says "$20 million?" It is clear that he wasn't really talking, because the sound of his voice is very distant, although they were only in the next room.
Other mistake: When the frog jumps on the pizza (during Greg and Rachel's date), the gooey cheese mess resembles more superimposed tacky glue than actual melted cheese.
Continuity mistake: The home number Mike dials in the men's bathroom to check on the kids, is very different than the home number Carol dials in the ladies restroom. (00:18:30 - 00:18:56)
Visible crew/equipment: A shadow of a boom mic is visible moving across the brick wall just as Alice starts to punch Mike in the stomach.
Audio problem: When Peter is hinting to Carol that he is still growing, the audio changes to being dubbed in from Peter separate from the actual scene after Peter stands up and mentions he wants cowboy boots. Then the audio is back to normal once Peter mentions "Brown" cowboy boots.
Continuity mistake: The kids walk into the kitchen complaining about the noise from Jan's tap dancing. Peter reaches up and grabs his paper sack lunch and then in the next shot he says "talk about noise pollution" while grabbing his lunch for a second time. (00:09:07)
To Move or Not to Move - S1-E23
Visible crew/equipment: When Alice and some of the kids are in the den Bobby gets up to turn off the TV, and the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible on the wall behind Peter. (00:14:05)
Continuity mistake: When Mike walks into the kitchen asking Alice if he can give her a hand, Alice removes two pots from the stovetop leaving the left side clear, but in the shots from the dining room when Alice trips, there are two large pots on the left side of the stovetop, near the edge of the counter. (00:01:20)
The Grass is Always Greener - S1-E24
Visible crew/equipment: When Mike returns home with the grocery bags, as he sets them on the table Alice walks over, and the shadow of the moving boom mic is visible on the swing door behind Mike, at the top left side of the screen. (00:11:05)
Answer: I think I remember that episode - but, more importantly, my mother always told me (and my siblings) to stop jumping/ stomping, running in the kitchen, and opening the oven door when a cake was baking... because these could make the cake fall. I believed my mother... and I, as a child, also caused a few "fallen cakes" because I didn't quite always listen (right away, anyway). I'm sure Alice's fallen cake episode was exaggerated, but cakes really CAN fall from stomps and opening the oven door too soon. Usually, it has something to do with the baking powder and how the air bubbles change during the baking process. Doing something that might cause the oven and cake inside to move/shake can suddenly change the air bubbles inside the cake and cause a collapse. I don't know all factors that have to occur for a cake to fall (collapse in the middle), but I've seen fallen cakes during my adulthood and... well... caused at least a few myself. Regarding Alice's cake falling each time one of the Brady kids stomped upstairs, I'm not sure if a series of falls could occur. IF it is possible, I think there would have to be way too much baking powder in the batter or some other inaccurate combination of ingredients that alter the chemical process during baking.
