Visible crew/equipment: When they're all practicing the Charleston, while Bobby's watching from the stairs, everyone is shown dancing from different angles, and in the low angle shots facing the kitchen the top of the kitchen set is visible, particularly when Carol twirls her necklace.
Snow White and the Seven Bradys - S5-E3
Audio problem: When the kids are painting a cardboard tree for the play, they ask their dad what he thinks of it. He then says "you better ask the two poodles next door." As he walks away he seems to almost trip/fall over something. Then the mom is heard laughing, even though she's not in the scene.
Is There a Doctor in the House? - S1-E13
Continuity mistake: When Carol and Mike are bringing stacked lunch trays upstairs to the kids, the milk glasses on the middle and bottom trays that Carol's holding switch to the opposite sides twice, in the wideshots and closeup. Then when Carol picks up the girls' stacked trays, the glass of OJ is on the bottom tray (after Peter's reaction to broccoli, it looks as if the OJ glass is gone), then as Carol walks into their room the OJ is now on the middle tray.
Visible crew/equipment: After Bobby tells Alice that he can't pass Jan the potato chips because he's "not here", when Greg walks in and Bobby tells Alice that Greg's "not here either" we can see the tape mark on the floor behind Jan.
Continuity mistake: While the kids are practising the potato sack race as Jan watches from the sidelines, when Marcia steps into her sack and hops away there's a large color image on the front of the sack, but when she reaches Peter, then turns and heads back the image has vanished - it's not on either side, then it reappears when she's back with Bobby. Additionally, when Cindy hops in the sack that Greg was in, the sack is ripped at the bottom and Cindy's feet are on the grass, but when Cindy reaches Peter the bottom of her sack is perfectly intact.
Continuity mistake: At the start of the episode there's a wide shot of the house exterior as the Brady's station wagon is pulling into their driveway, and the wagon has wooden side paneling, but in the next closeup the paneling is gone. Plus the fact that the rear-end damage doesn't exist in the first wide shot, which is the point of this episode.
Audio problem: In the scene where Mike comes home and Carol has ruined his golf club, you hear a door open and close, with a latch/doorknob. She hears it and knows he is home. But he comes in the back door, which was a sliding (glass) door. (00:20:00)
The Hustler - S5-E21
Revealing mistake: When Mike's boss, his wife and two other guests arrive at the house for a night of pool, the four guests are greeted at the front door, enter the brick entry foyer, and descend the steps into the living room. As the camera pans to capture the guests entering the living room, the obviously unfinished and unbricked end of the entry platform can be seen in the shot.
Lights Out - S2-E20
Plot hole: When Alice brings Cindy to the auditorium to help Peter in his magic act, her cape is already there backstage. She was not going to be the assistant until Jan got hurt. (00:22:10)
Lost Locket, Found Locket - S1-E25
Continuity mistake: Jan puts her bathrobe on, flipping all of her hair behind her back. But in the next shot, some of her hair is over her left shoulder. (00:20:30)
Audio problem: Listen to the sounds as the family eats dinner; the same sound sequences keep playing. For example, one sequence of three quick taps of silverware on plates plays several times, followed by another sound that is difficult to identify. (00:21:15)
Continuity mistake: In a close-up of Mike's hands as he undoes his seat belt, he isn't wearing his wedding ring but he is in subsequent shots. (00:04:15)
Continuity mistake: The tents are small from the outside, but much larger when seen from the inside. (00:18:25)
Continuity mistake: Near the beginning, Greg is painting the shutter green, he gets a phone call and goes inside. The paint bucket falls on Bobby because the ladder falls. Greg sticks his head out the window and asks who took his ladder. The shutter now has no paint on it.
Continuity mistake: When Cindy gets out of bed to write a letter to Joe Namath, they show the wall next to Jan's bed and there is no window. In a previous episode Jan lost the locket out that window that Alice sent her.
Confessions, Confessions - S2-E12
Continuity mistake: When the boys are playing ball in the bedroom, Greg has on a pair of dark jeans. When they go downstairs to see the broken vase, he is wearing a normal pair of blue jeans. (00:01:30 - 00:02:30)
Other mistake: When the boys are playing football in the backyard, watch Greg's right foot - at one point he slips on the Astroturf lawn, causing it to wrinkle and exposing a seam on the "grass" lawn. (00:03:20)
Suggested correction: At no time in the show did they affirm the grass in the backyard is real. Many houses, particularly out west where the show takes place, have artificial grass as it's often easier than caring for real grass which tends to dry up easily out west or not grow at all in some areas. Even in A Very Brady Renovation they made sure to use artificial grass for the backyard.
The grass is supposed to be real. There are several episodes where they are mowing the lawn.
But the renovation show was in 2019. In the early 70s artificial grass was only starting to be adopted in sports stadiums. Not used in homes until many years later.
Continuity mistake: The bottles of pop on the kitchen table keep changing position from shot to shot. (00:22:55)
Continuity mistake: The number and position of the darts on the dartboard changes between shots. (00:06:45)
Continuity mistake: The amount of garbage in the abandoned house - especially in front of the fireplace - increases from one shot to the next. (00:16:20)
