Continuity mistake: Finn places a male symbol sticker on a board. First of all, the symbol is wrongly placed; the arrow should be pointing to the 2 o'clock position but It is at 5 o'clock. Next shot the arrow points to 7 o'clock.
Continuity mistake: The dead blonde girl's head changes from looking over her right shoulder to looking straight to looking over her left shoulder in three consecutive shots before anyone touches her.
Turn On, Tune In, Drop Dead - S11-E16
Revealing mistake: When David Phillips (assistant medical examiner) answers his phone in the morgue, you can see the 'lock screen' on his iPhone. It flashes for several moments then goes on sleep mode.
Continuity mistake: When the girls are first seen standing on the side of the road, Morgan has red sandals on; when she has her foot up on the bumper of the car, she appears to be wearing black sneakers and then has the sandals again when the shot pulls back.
Factual error: Throughout the episode, people refer to the previous murder as occurring 14 years ago. That puts it in 1999, yet we know it was in 2000, thanks to photos and other evidence.
Take the Money and Run - S14-E2
Revealing mistake: When the shot security guard's wife demands to see him before he's taken out of the casino, the body bag he's in is unzipped, and the "dead" body very swallows, a fraction of a second before the focus is pulled back to his wife.
Continuity mistake: A prostitute is questioned in the interrogation room. Her teeth are stained brown. In one shot, most of her teeth are stained. In the next, one her front teeth is perfectly white and the others are brown.
Continuity mistake: Morgan and Finn are walking and talking about a case. Morgan has a folder in her hand. The folder is visibly closed. She looks down and shows Finn a case file. The shot shows a case file with photo and text on an open folder. Next shot shows the folder closed again.
Audio problem: Warrick is examining the garage for evidence and sees a stack of crates of soda, he sees one has a bullet hole in it. He picks it up and shakes it, it rattles, demonstrating the bullet is still in the can. He pops the ring to open it and it hisses, despite the fact that the bullet hole in the side would have let the pressure out. They clearly used an unopened can to film the scene.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Nick and Sara discover the brother they are looking for is dead, the froth in his mouth changes between shots and in one shot he has no froth in his mouth.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jules whacks the slot machine, you see a small dent up close, but in the next shot the wheel is badly damaged. When you see Jules move to the table, the wheel is not damaged at all.

Continuity mistake: By the helicopter you can see that they are loading the victim on the chopper, and the police officer is inside already. 10 seconds later when CSI Brody is running towards the chopper, the 2 men carrying the victim are now 5-10 feet away from it. (00:02:20)
Visible crew/equipment: When Sofia and Brass arrive at the interrogation room where Dwight is, you can see a red tape mark on the floor outside the door which Louise Lombard promptly glances down at and makes a point of placing her left foot on it. This has nothing to do with the fact that the "Hard Crime" film crew are following them because they're only observing.
Continuity mistake: The Pontiac Fiero that is seen underneath the Hummer is a different (but newer) model than the one that was briefly seen driving away from the taco stand.
Dead Ringer - S4-E20
Revealing mistake: At the beginning of the episode, when Grissom notices the body and pulls over, in the close up of him you can see that the steering wheel never moves: he just moves his hand to make it look like he's pulling over.
Getting Off - S4-E16
Continuity mistake: When Jamal is been helped out of Ed Burnell's wrecked BMW 7 Series, the wrecked car is a late 80s-early 90s E32 model. However when Burnell was driving it at the beginning of the episode, it was a newer late 90s-early 00s E38 model. Again, the production crew couldn't afford to wreck a brand new car so an older one was substituted.
Continuity mistake: The Camaro at the crash scene is a late second generation model (built from 1970 - 1981), however in the flashbacks to the crash it's a third generation car (82 - 92). The difference in body styles is quite pronounced.
Continuity mistake: When Brass is searching for Ellie's car on his in-car computer, it identifies it as a 1976 Camaro, however when he spots it and calls for back up, he says it's a '78 Camaro. Additionally, the licence plate is also different to what was listed on the computer.
Character mistake: When Catherine goes to view Kristy Hopkins' body, she calls Doc Robbins "David", even though his first name's "Albert".
