Continuity mistake: When Nick asks Dr. Ray what he's doing out on the Strip instead of at their crime scene, and Ray shows him the photograph of Madeline Briggs, his hand moves from the top of the photo to the bottom in consecutive shots. (00:03:20)
Continuity mistake: When Hodges shows Dr. Ray and Nick the information from Dede Chase's cell phone, Ray's arms change position between shots from the tabletop in front of him to crossed across his chest. (00:08:55)
Continuity mistake: Near the start, when Ray is showing the photograph of Madeline with the security guard to passersby asking if they've seen her and also when he shows it to Nick, we can see the photo Ray is holding out in the wide shots, but in the two closeups of the photograph it's actually a different photo. Then later, when Ray shows the photo to Madeline's mother it's the same as the one from the closeup earlier.

Continuity mistake: When Nick is talking to Catherine about what happened at the night of the murder he folds his arms. In the next show they are unfolded. Although you can't see his arms entirely, it becomes clear from the position of his shoulders and the wrinkle in the middle of his shirt that instantly disappears.
A Kiss Before Frying - S11-E12
Continuity mistake: Near the end when Greg meets Rita at the bus station, she puts her arms around his neck. The next shot from the front shows her arms and hands on Greg's chest. Rita's arm/hand position changes continually throughout the scene.
Targets of Obsession - S11-E15
Continuity mistake: When Justin Bieber gets shot, we see him from the back as he falls back, and his left hand is flailing around with no gun in it. We then cut to him from the front falling backwards, and he's holding the gun in his left hand the whole way down to the ground.

Continuity mistake: Watch the back angle of McCann getting shot. His gun disappears only to reappear in the front angle.
Hitting for the Cycle - S11-E18
Continuity mistake: Series 11, Episode 18, "Hitting for the Cycle": At the very beginning of the episode they are talking about the cycle while looking at the board. The three main ones, Suicide, Accidental and Homicide, are together on cards with a space above and then two more cards. The scene then goes out to show the CSIs again, and there are now four cards grouped together on the board.
Continuity mistake: Season 11 - Episode 20 "Father of the Bride." As the doctor's wife is sitting talking with Nick about Vegas being the fugitive capitol of the world, watch her hands. At first they are spread far apart on the table. The shot changes and they are suddenly crossed in front of her.
Continuity mistake: By the helicopter you can see that they are loading the victim on the chopper, and the police officer is inside already. 10 seconds later when CSI Brody is running towards the chopper, the 2 men carrying the victim are now 5-10 feet away from it. (00:02:20)
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Nick and Sara discover the brother they are looking for is dead, the froth in his mouth changes between shots and in one shot he has no froth in his mouth.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Jules whacks the slot machine, you see a small dent up close, but in the next shot the wheel is badly damaged. When you see Jules move to the table, the wheel is not damaged at all.
Continuity mistake: In the scene where Sara is talking to Avery while he is packing his bag, you see him wrapping the headphones around his iPod and putting them in the bag, but in the next shot he puts them in his bag again.
Continuity mistake: A prostitute is questioned in the interrogation room. Her teeth are stained brown. In one shot, most of her teeth are stained. In the next, one her front teeth is perfectly white and the others are brown.
Continuity mistake: Morgan and Finn are walking and talking about a case. Morgan has a folder in her hand. The folder is visibly closed. She looks down and shows Finn a case file. The shot shows a case file with photo and text on an open folder. Next shot shows the folder closed again.
Continuity mistake: When Sam the police dog picks up a bottle of water with his mouth from a cooler, he picks it up from the top. In the next frame, he gives it to his trainer horizontally.
Continuity mistake: The dead news lady anchor's expression changes between shots from decedent to total shock while Sarah and Russell discuss the case.
Continuity mistake: There is a point where they are discussing Dante's inferno and they have the pictures on the window. This includes Limbo and Lust which show the drawings with the women horizontal. The comment "You said he was giving us a show" is made, after which it shows the window pictures again. This time, the drawing of Limbo and Lust show the women vertically. Much later in the scene, they are back to horizontal. (00:28:30)
Continuity mistake: The son of a CSI is waiting in a hospital hallway. He is sitting on a bench with his elbows on his legs and his hands fisted together on his chin, holding a red jacket. Morgan approaches him, and the next shot shows him with one his left hand across the right leg and the right under his chin. The jacket is also in a completely different position.
