Starring: Rowan Atkinson

Genres: Comedy, Family

Correction: And? Ever thought it could be a mere coincidence?

Correction: Obviously. Its an intentional gag. This doesn't even class as a mistake.

Correction: At varying points in the sketch Mr Bean is seen having more things in his basket than we see him actually buying. It's quite feasible that the item to which the contributor is referring was put in the basket by Mr Bean before he stepped onto the escalator.

Mr. Bean Rides Again - S1-E9

Corrected entry: Just after Mr Bean cuts out the panel on the wall, he gets out the paintbrush. As he walks through the doorway you can see plainly the panel is still there.

Correction: Whem Bean is carrying the paint can and the brush into the living room, the hole he cut out is there complete with sawdust and the wreckage of his pictures on the table underneath.

The Curse Of Mr. Bean - S1-E4

Corrected entry: In the swimming pool scene, watch out for the shots from the diving board where you can see the pool in the background - sometimes, on the extreme left, behind the railing, there is a small section of kind of platform that perhaps is used to support another camera.

Correction: This is actually the other diving board. If you watch when Bean climbs the stairs, he passes one diving board on the way to the top. Its this that is appearing in the shot.

Correction: I think she is still walking down the stairs from the first time. She is old and senile, and it's also probably part of the gag.

Mr. Bean Rides Again - S1-E9

Corrected entry: During the first part of the Postbox scene, the weather is dry, but immediately after the break, the weather is wet. This is even more noticeable on the video when there is no break.

Correction: Mr. Bean was inside the postbox a day so it could have easily rained overnight or earlier that day. This makes sense because Bean gets into the postbox as the postman comes to collect the mail and then gets out again when the postman collects the mail...the same time the next day.

Mr. Bean In Room 426 - S1-E11

Corrected entry: Mr Bean uses his drill to drill into his 'neighbour's' bathroom so he can have a bath himself. However what did Bean do with all the debris from his drilling? There is no sign of it anywhere.

Correction: We see a very limited amount of Mr. Bean's room so it's impossible to say the debris isn't there. It could have also fallen in between the walls.

Merry Christmas Mr. Bean - S1-E10

Corrected entry: Mr Bean gives the collection tin back to the salvation army band leader when it is full - there is a girl with long ginger hair standing to the left behind Mr Bean wearing a black coat. The band leader asks Mr Bean to hold the baton while he puts the collection tin in his car - the ginger haired girl is now wearing a red coat and holding a bouquet of flowers, but when the band leader returns, the girl is back to wearing the black coat and her flowers have disappeared.

Correction: Please rewatch the scene, because they are not the same person. During this scene we see three young women with ginger-blonde hair. The first has very long hair and she's wearing a black coat, standing behind the band leader in front of the fruit stand. The second has hair just past her shoulders and she's also wearing a black coat, holding a basket of flowers, but she's standing behind the band, opposite the band leader. The third has short hair, wearing a short red coat, holding flowers, also standing near the fruit stand. This is available to watch on Amazon Prime Video.

Correction: The girl is wearing a black coat throughout all the scenes.

Even if the coat remains the same, the part about flowers remains.

The mistake is valid and I think the corrector is looking at the wrong girl. Although it's hard to tell if the girl in red is the same as the girl in black, but either way the girl in the mistake either disappears and reappears or does go from red to black.

Mr. Bean In Room 426 - S1-E11

Corrected entry: Mr Bean pulls the shower curtain across the hole across the wall he has drilled (in order for him to have a bath in his neighbour's bath.) However in reality the shower curtain is on the wrong side of the bath. The point of a shower curtain is to stop the floor of the bathroom getting wet when showering. The only reason why the shower curtain was on the wrong side of the bath was for Bean to conveniently hide the hole that he drilled.

Correction: You can see the tub has a curtain rod that goes fully around the tub. This is done for a number of reasons and is in no way a mistake. People use long curtains to make sure the walls don't get wet as well. This prevents mold and mildew from building up on walls not meant to get wet. But also, especially with shorter curtains, it gives space for the curtain to be fully open (such as to dry out) without covering up the front of the tub, which is done for a number of personal reasons.

Trivia: The Latin lyrics used at the beginning are "Ecce homo qui est farba, qui est farba, qui est farba", which mean "Behold the man who is a bean". At the end, it's identical, but "Ecce" is changed to "Vale"; "Farewell, man who is a bean." Before and after the advert break (in the UK version), the lyrics are "Fin de partie primae" and "Pars secunda" - "End of Part One" and "Part Two".
