Continuity mistake: Mr. Bean places his shoe on top of the car in the bottom right corner. But when he jumps out in front of the car, it is suddenly at the front in the middle.
Visible crew/equipment: When Mr. Bean takes his TV out of the box, he faces it the way of the camera. As he turns it around a boom pole, a studio light and a camera can be seen reflected in the TV glass. (00:02:15)

Answer: In Mr Bean animated there is an episode where you see Mr Bean as a young boy and had the teddy then and he also liked mini cars. There is another Animated episode where Mr Bean discovers a UFO full of people who look just like him and they each have their own individual stuffed toy.
