Much Apu About Nothing - S7-E23
Corrected entry: Kearney uses a fake ID to purchase alchohol, but it's already been revealed in previous episodes that he is old enough to drive, has a son, shaves, was around in the year 1976, so why does he need a fake ID?
Corrected entry: In the swimming pool scene, we see the female lifeguard swapping places with the male lifeguard on a raised seat by the pool. However, shortly afterwards, he tells everyone to leave the pool and is not on the platform. (Why would he go up to the platform in the first place if everyone was getting out shortly anyway?)
Correction: Some swimming pools have a policy where a life guard must be up on a platform for the times that the pool is open. While it is a bit pointless going up for a few minutes, if it's the policy of that pool, it must be adhered to. When he orders everyone out, we see him out of the chair, but not how far away he is from the chair so he could easily be standing just a few feet from the chair.
The Wicked Stepbrother (2) - S3-E14
Corrected entry: Jessie punches her stepbrother on the left side of his face, but he is shown later with a black on eye on the right side.
Correction: Jessie punched her brother with a right cross, which would hit him in the right eye. He even mentions watch out for her right cross later in the episode.
Corrected entry: In one episode Steve is trying to glue something to the back of Laura's earring. He drops some glue on her shoulder by mistake. When he goes to wipe it off his hand gets stuck he was using "super glue". If you look closely you can see it's just a bottle of kids school glue.
Correction: It was special glue he made. He didn't make the bottle, he just used an old one.
Corrected entry: After Mario, Luigi and Toad crash their car, the Princess sees them flying in the air, and she and the rebel gang gets mattresses to break their fall. They land with no injuries whatsoever, even though they were REALLY high in the air. (00:18:35)
Correction: Yes, but this is a kids' show after all, and little kids expect mattresses to be soft. Getting an injury even when they land on a mattress (even though it would happen in real life) would just confuse the kids.
The Adventure of the Clapham Cook - S1-E1
Corrected entry: When Miss Lemon was putting up the frame on the wall, Hercule says "one centimetre to the left". I don't think that metric was invented yet.
Correction: The metric system was first adopted by the French in 1795. Poirot is Belgian, and Belgium adopted it in 1816.
Corrected entry: For those not familiar with the show, a scientist named Sam leaps into peoples' bodies and changes their futures. Us viewers see the person as Sam, but characters in the show still see the person Sam has leapt into. So when Sam leaps into a child or a short person, the other characters should technically be looking at Sam's chest when they are trying to look him in the eyes because that's where their eyes would be. Instead, they always look right into Sam's eyes - too high if you are really talking to a child or short person.
Correction: Remember God, Time or Whatever wants Sam to complete his missions with a minimum of fuss & hassle so things will change to how it wants so if Sam is trying to gauge someones reactions he would need to see their expressions. Also if something can make Sam journey through time whats to say it can't force someones perception so they actually do see things how they are meant to be whilst looking into Sams eyes, as we don't know the extent of the things powers we can't make a guess as to its limits.
Kiss 'N Tell - S1-E4
Corrected entry: When Frog Link goes to his room and is behind Spryte, he says her name and then tells her "No! Don't look." So she won't see his new form. But she looks back and then reacts to him saying don't look before he even says it. She already quickly turns back around just before he even says "No." (00:08:25)
Correction: She wasn't reacting to his outburst, she was reacting to his appearance. She was startled by what she saw and reflexively turned away.
Top Billing - S3-E5
Corrected entry: When Jon Lovitz tries to escape from the killers through a locked office door, the same door swings open two different ways and opens twice, despite being entered only once. As he's fumbling with the keys trying to unlock the door, he succeeds and the door opens towards him and away from the office. When the scene cuts to Lovitz actually entering the office, he's seen entering through the same door, which is closed again (despite just being opened) and now opens into the office, the complete opposite way it opened when he was shown unlocking it.
Correction: The doors that appear to be opening/closing out of sequence are two different characters opening two different doors. As Jon Lovitz is fumbling to open the office door, John Astin opens a door behind Lovitz, which opens into the room. Lovitz then opens the office door, which swings away from the office as it should.
Correction: He's a well known troublemaker. He may need to hide his identity (He may be blacklisted from certain places) or just force of habit (he's probably done it for a long time).
