Lisa's Wedding - S6-E19

Continuity mistake: When Lisa enters the taxi and we see the door being closed, the camera turns into the full view of the taxi in the next shot, and now we see that the door (the one with company logo on it) has changed its shape between shots.

Suggested correction: The building doesn't vanish. The 1st shot shows a building further in the line the market stall is in. Due to the angle, it appears to be to Homer's right.

Separate Vocations - S3-E18

Continuity mistake: In the scene where Miss Hoover asks Lisa what the ninteenth-century figure nicknamed 'Old Hickory' is, there is no text on the covers of the book she's holding. Today, I am a Klown - S15-E6

Continuity mistake: When we first see the medicine cabinet in the Simpson's bathroom the hinges are on the left. When Homer pokes it with the wire it opens as if the hinges are on the other side. The last time we see it, when Lisa rescues Maggie, the door is missing altogether. (00:01:25)
