Continuity mistake: The stocks that are put on Marge and Homer are fitted so that their head and hands are secured and cannot be removed. Whilst in Flanders garage and Homer is using the rotary saw to remove Marge's stock, Homer's stock is still secured on him but his arms and shoulders are through the stocks.
Continuity mistake: When Homer is sleeping on Bart's school floor, Bart puts his shoe in Homer's mouth. Later, when Homer is screaming about "Cobras," the shoe has been coloured black, rather than the usual blue.
Continuity mistake: When Bart is digging his hole, Homer goes over and starts talking to him, and you can see a spade standing up outside of Bart's hole. The spade wasn't there in the previous shot of Bart digging. (00:02:05)
Continuity mistake: At the thanksgiving dinner, Lisa tears one of the legs off of the tofu turkey, but in a later shot the leg is back on the turkey. (00:20:20)

Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, Homer puts twenty dollars into Moe's tips jar, but in the next shot the twenty-dollar note has disappeared. (00:20:40)
Continuity mistake: When Moe picks up the "Malaysian Beer" and says they don't serve Duff anymore and how good it is, you then see a shot of Homer talking, then when Moe has put down the beer, it's a Duff .
Continuity mistake: In Moe's, Homer points at Lenny and says "Are you calling me a liar," with the same hand which is instantly holding a beer in the next shot.
Continuity mistake: When Homer opens up his bar there are 4 cars parked outside, but later when Moe opens the garage door there are no cars, but no one has left.

Continuity mistake: In one of the shots after Mr Burns has broken the fortune cookie, the remains of it vanish from the table. There is something else on the table, nearer Smithers, but it and the cookie are very different shapes, so it's very difficult to confuse the two.

Continuity mistake: When Homer is being hypnotised, in some shots there are plates on the Simpsons table, in others there are not.
Continuity mistake: At the end of the episode, Homer puts a skull in a box on the coffee table. When Moe arrives to explain his theory, first the box disappears from the coffee table, then the entire table vanishes.
Continuity mistake: When Homer first finds the corpse, there is no belt on the trousers it is wearing. But in the shot where Homer starts to scream, there is a belt on the trousers.
Continuity mistake: When Marge throws the Burly paper in the water, they start growing and sucking up the water. But the things inside that rolls don't grow.
Continuity mistake: When Homer first lifts the corpse up, it is wearing glasses. But when it cuts to the shot of the corpses' face, the glasses have gone.
Continuity mistake: When Homer's Vegas wife shows him the video in front of Marge, it shows Homer kissing Ned. This didn't happen when she showed it in the Vegas episode.
Continuity mistake: During the scene where Grandpa is getting married to Amber, his reading glasses appear from nowhere.
