Continuity mistake: When Phoebe first meets and talks to Nathan in the hospital, she has no ring on her right hand in shots showing her face, but in any shots from behind her she has a ring on. The ring appears and disappears between transitions during their conversation. (00:07:50)
Continuity mistake: When the ninja doll's eyes first open, they're blue. Toward the end, when he sneaks into Nathan's hospital room to stab him, his eyes are brown. (00:20:35 - 00:29:10)
Continuity mistake: Just after the girls are quarantined, we see the ninja sneak into the little boy's room. He uses the sword to keep the door from closing, and some blood drips onto the floor. Two shots later, we see the same floor and the blood is gone.
Other mistake: When Prue astrals back to recite the spell to reverse the awakening spell, she and Phoebe don't actually complete the spell, they just recite the first paragraph "What was awakened for its sleep, must once again slumber deep" the rest according to the book of shadows is "return the disease to whence it came, so life can ease back to the same".
Continuity mistake: After class, when Phoebe is talking to her study group she pulls out the flyer for P3, and in the first shot the flyer is in Phoebe's right hand, but in the next shot she's holding it out in her left hand. (00:01:40)
Factual error: During the ritual, we can see that the snake that is magically transformed into a man is a milk snake. But it's not poisonous, it's a colubrid. The creators apparently wanted to use its resemblance to a poisonous coral snake, which is an elapid. (00:02:35)
Continuity mistake: After the manor is broken into, in the following shots while everyone is in the foyer the left front door is wide open in most shots, but in some other shots both front doors are closed during this scene. (00:21:50)
Continuity mistake: When the ani-men break into the manor the entire large center glass of the left door ends up broken, but later while Phoebe is looking for the hydrogen peroxide, Prue notices the front doors and the left door's center glass is intact with only the bottom corner broken. Visible crew/equipment: After Phoebe has turned everyone in P3 into animals, when Phoebe stands at the bar the white T-mark is visible on the floor at her feet, twice. (00:35:00)
Continuity mistake: When Prue is sitting at home bored, she spots the vase with the flowers. In one shot the vase is on the left, and in the next shot it's on the right, then Prue moves it to the left.
Revealing mistake: When Phoebe opens the cupboard and the human pig falls on top of her, you can see that it's a stunt double in the far shot.
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe is attacked by Anton's spirit, she puts her right hand over her throat twice. (00:03:15)
Continuity mistake: In the teaser, when Phoebe physically experiences a past memory, the left strap of her bra is pulled off her shoulder. She then collapses to the ground. When her sisters find her the bra strap is back up on her shoulder. (00:03:25)
Plot hole: According to the family tree viewed in this episode, Penny "Grams" Halliwell was born on 6/23/1937, and her daughter Patty, the Charmed Ones' mother, was born on 4/5/1950. In addition, Patty's father was born in 1930. So, according to this, Penny gave birth to her daughter at age 12, while married to a 20 year old man. That's quite outlandish, to say the least. Continuity mistake: On 2/17/1999, Phoebe realizes that her past self, P. Russell, died on that same date in 1924, and was the same age as Phoebe is now. According to the family tree she is looking at, P. Russell was born on 7/2/1894, meaning that she was 29 upon her death. But Phoebe was born on 11/2/1975, according to that same family tree, making her only 23 at the time of this episode. (00:20:25)
Continuity mistake: In the scene when Phoebe and Leo return to the rest home, after she has changed places with old Phoebe, when Antoine places the amulet on her, he doesn't clasp it behind her neck, he just lays it on her. When she sits up, it doesn't fall off.
Continuity mistake: The family tree shows that Grams died in 1968 but the sisters were all born in the1970's. Didn't Grams raise the girls after Patty died in 1978?
Continuity mistake: Leo says that Piper's past lover is his past life. If it was a past life, in 1924, that means Leo must have died almost straight away to be old enough to qualify as a doctor in WW2. And it wouldn't be his past life but his own past if it was the same life from before he became a Whitelighter. But then he'd also have been 15-20 years older before he died in WW2.
Plot hole: It is stated Leo is born on May 6th, 1924. Yet he was in his 20's as Piper's ex-lover in his past life around 1924. It also stated that that is when he died and became a whitelighter but the war wasn't until 1942. He died shortly after that meaning he didn't become a whitelighter until after 1942.
