Valhalley of the Dolls (1) - S6-E1
Revealing mistake: When the sisters summon the Trok demon Phoebe is wearing a bikini top, and as the demon blasts them all backwards into the wall, Phoebe is wearing something around her waist for the stunt. (00:07:20)
Valhalley of the Dolls (1) - S6-E1
Visible crew/equipment: When Chris tells Phoebe that Paige erased Piper's memory, Phoebe shouts Paige's name then walks away from Piper, and in the next shot we can see two pink T-marks taped to the floor under the table, where Paige is holding Wyatt. (00:27:05)
Valhalley of the Dolls (1) - S6-E1
Continuity mistake: When Paige and Phoebe throw the potion at Darryl to borrow his soul, Darryl's physical body lies face-up with nothing on him, but in the closeup the necklace with Darryl's badge is lying neatly atop his chest. (00:36:15)
Valhalley of the Dolls (1) - S6-E1
Plot hole: Phoebe becomes an empath. But in Primrose Empath (S3:E6) Leo tells the sisters an empath is a mortal who has died and come back as an empath, so it wouldn't be a progression of a witch's powers like it is in this episode. Plus Phoebe isn't dead.
Suggested correction: There is a difference between an Empath and the power of Empathy. A true Empath is a mortal that has died and been reincarnated and they are a separate race of magical beings. But other beings, such as witches, can have the power of empathy. It does get confusing because they refer to a witch with empathy as an empath, but that doesn't mean they are true empaths. In addition, Phoebe developed her empathy powers in her 20's as one of her first powers and her power of empathy is the strongest of any being.
And where is this stated anywhere in the 8 seasons of the show?
Valhalley of the Dolls (2) - S6-E2
Continuity mistake: When Jason is escorting Phoebe into his office her left arm is down by her side in the rear view. When the shot changes to the front view, her left arm is across her stomach.
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe starts the fight at the office, she gets pushed and a cut appears on her forehead, but the only thing she collided with was her arm.
Suggested correction: No, she was shoved and hit her head on a filing cabinet. It's shown.
The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe gets a phone call from Elise, Phoebe's phone changes back and forth from her right ear in the wide shots to her left ear in the closeups. (00:18:45)
The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4
Continuity mistake: The Stillman sisters strip the Charmed Ones' powers by using the same spell as Aunt Gail did in Season 2 (How to Make a Quilt out of Americans). But in that episode the Charmed Ones had to first drink a potion and Aunt Gail needed to wait a certain amount of time (at least 30 minutes) before the spell worked. In The Power of Three Blondes, the Charmed Ones never drank a potion and lost their powers before the Stillman sisters even finished the spell.
The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4
Continuity mistake: When Phoebe kicks Mabel after the Stillman sisters have taken the Charmed Ones' powers, Jennifer Sky's stunt double's face can be plainly seen, and also her hair is darker and less full.
The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4
Continuity mistake: During the scene when Paige goes to the citrus plant during the labor rally, her pink blouse is quite short, baring her entire midriff. When the security guard throws Paige out of the plant, Rose McGowan's stunt double is wearing a shirt in the same pink color, but it reaches all the way down to her waistline.
The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4
Plot hole: Paige sees Margo leading the labor rally at the citrus factory, and then is stopped by a security guard. In the next scene, Margo and her sisters are entering the manor, and then after that Paige is thrown out of the factory. But how did Margo get from the factory to the manor before Paige was thrown out, when she was in the middle of the rally?
The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4
Continuity mistake: When the Stilman sisters are talking about who gets which powers, Margo(the youngest)had her hand by her side, but in the next shot when she talks about Mitzy's (the middle sister) attitude, she has her hand on her shoulder.
The Power of Three Blondes - S6-E4
Revealing mistake: When Phoebe is thrown out of the Bay Mirror office by a security guard, Alyssa Milano's stunt double's face is digitally blurred.
Continuity mistake: Just after Olivia has killed Mr. Montana and everyone goes running up to see what has happened, Phoebe waves to Paige through the window of the Calloway's house which is shown to be right next door to the Montana's house. Earlier in the episode it had been established that they lived across the street.
Factual error: When Phoebe was telling Paige that the energy ball did not come from the other house, Paige says she saw it come through the window. She could not have seen it because she was in the other room and the door to Richard's dad's office was closed.
Continuity mistake: When Chris orbs to the manor after Paige has returned home, his hair is brushed to lay mostly flat and behind his head, with a part on the left side of his scalp. When he comes into the kitchen shortly thereafter, his hair is shaggy and unkempt, with a part in the middle.
Continuity mistake: When the main Calloway throws the clear bottle with the green potion at one of the enemies, the shot cuts and it's now become a white bottle.
Plot hole: When Gith takes the potion from Chris, he ends up stomping on it and shattering the potion bottle - making contact with the potion. We've seen that potions don't have to be thrown by someone who's even a witch for them to work (like when Cole's powers were stripped etc) so why on earth would he do this? And how did it not vanquish him? There are other ways he could have gotten rid of the potion that didn't involve a way that really should have vanquished him.
Revealing mistake: Before Jason Dean is shot outside the penthouse, Phoebe is waving her hands trying to convince him that the world is not real and you can already see blood on her fingers.
