Continuity mistake: In the forest, Lister and the Cat take a poster off a tree. They then show it to the man who gives them a lift. The poster is different to the one in the forest. (00:16:05)
Suggested correction: If you look at 00:13:47, you'll see that the closest tree has an odd poster. The other trees have the poster that they showed to the man that gives them a lift.
Continuity mistake: When Lister tips his socks onto the floor, he throws the bin behind him, near the bunkbeds. But when he picks them up again, the bin has moved over in front and to the right of him. (00:08:20)
Confidence and Paranoia - S1-E5
Visible crew/equipment: In the medi-bay, when Rimmer says, "How about an anal reading?" a yellow microphone appears above his head. (You can see this if you watch the dvd on your pc, as some tv's can cut off the edge of the picture). (00:11:00)
Visible crew/equipment: When the crew are standing before the Judgement computer (when Lister is worrying that he will be sent to prison) if you look above Lister's head you can see a microphone bob up and down into shot. (00:11:10)
Continuity mistake: Just before Rimmer and Lister drink the hooch, Lister's locks are behind his back, then one of the locks moves to in front of his left shoulder during a brief shot of Rimmer. (00:13:30)
Out Of Time - S6-E6
Continuity mistake: When Rimmer picks up the bazookoid at The End of the episode and runs into the engine room, the gun is pointing up. In the next shot from inside the engine room, it is pointing down. (00:27:10)
Continuity mistake: When the Cat dances at the disco, he jumps up and grabs the mirror ball with both hands. In the next shot he is only holding it by one arm. (00:20:25)
Terrorform - S5-E3
Visible crew/equipment: When Lister, Cat and Kryten leave the cockpit with the plan to make Rimmer feel good about himself to escape, a boom mic can be seen in the top left corner of the screen. (00:22:45)
Stasis Leak - S2-E4
Continuity mistake: In the hotel when the case moves past the Cat, the shot changes and the Cat has moved from the pink carpet to the blue carpet. (00:21:50)
Confidence and Paranoia - S1-E5
Revealing mistake: In the captain's office, the words 'Medical bay' have been painted on the wall. This was near The End of the episode and can be seen over Rimmer's shoulder while they are talking in the drive room. The set was obviously doubled with the medical bay, as the captain's office is not used in this episode. (00:23:25)

Visible crew/equipment: When the skutters try to move Lister in the Medi-bay, you can see the cable which pulls Lister's chair in the bottom right of the screen. (00:12:40)
Continuity mistake: When Lister drags Kryten through a doorway by his groinal attachment, he is using one hand. In the next shot he is using both hands. (00:12:05)
Continuity mistake: When Bird-man loses his glasses, he is feeling his face. In the next shot both of his hands are on the floor. (00:25:40)
