Continuity mistake: When Joe says, "That guy is NO actor, he's solid oak!", in the first shot Glenda is looking forward with their arms crossed. When the camera cuts, they're suddenly turning back from looking at Glen and are reaching up to grab their chin.
Continuity mistake: When Tiffany tries to explain the dead body away as it being a "murder mystery party" and says "that's why I hired Jeeves here!", Meg goes from looking at Tiffany to looking at the room behind them between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Meg accidentally scares Tiffany in Nica's room, when it cuts from the close-up to the wide shot, Meg's arm goes from on Tiffany's shoulder to be her side, and they're a little further apart.
Continuity mistake: When Tiffany is chewing out the "butler" for being rude to everyone, when she pushes him in front of the door and makes the comment about how she'd "kill him" herself, the way they're standing next to each other changes between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Glen lists off gender-neutral terms for nieces/nephews, when Gina says Glen is "So cute!", the height at which she's holding her wine glass changes between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When the "butler" says "I'm sorry, I'm sorry, I gotta ask" to Glenda, Glenda goes from facing him to facing away in slight disgust between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Joe is explaining to the "butler" that the word "guido" is a slur, Gina starts to set down her glass and is holding it with both hands. When it cuts to the other angle, she's already set her glass down and you can tell that her left hand is no longer on it.
Continuity mistake: When the "butler" is talking about Joe's role in "The Sopranos", after he mentions the head in the bag, he starts laughing. It cuts to another angle, and he's no longer laughing.
Continuity mistake: When Tiffany says "Happy birthday!" to the twins and everyone else replies "Happy birthday!", you can see Joe and Sutton move their glasses together to "clink" them, but in the next shot, they're suddenly apart again.
Continuity mistake: Glen, Glenda and Meg are sitting on the couch in this order: Glenda, Meg and Glen. When Tiffany comes out in the red gown and says "I'm ready to party!", it appears that Glen and Glenda have switched sides. Glen is standing in front of where Glenda was seated, and Glenda is sitting where Glen was seated. There's not enough time, nor really any reason, for them to have swapped seats in the few seconds that passes between when we see them.
Continuity mistake: When Glenda asks Meg if she's the "older one," their left hand goes from touching their wine glass to against the back of the couch between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Glen, Glenda, and Meg get champagne, and Meg asks the "butler" what he's staring at, her hand goes from down in her lap to up by her chest between cuts. In the next shot, her hand is in a slightly different position, and the direction Glenda is facing changes slightly.
Continuity mistake: When the doorbell rings and Tiffany says, "Who the hell is THAT now?!", Joe's arms go from at his side to crossed between cuts.
Continuity mistake: When Tiffany tells Gina she's "been busy," and Gina replies, "Doing what?" Gina's hand suddenly leaps up to her chest between cuts.
Continuity mistake: During the dinner scene after the credits, when Tiffany says "I'm not ready to be a grandmother!", she goes from facing forward to facing up between cuts.
Continuity mistake: After the credits, when Tiffany says "Yes, I did know Nica," there's slightly less wine in her glass between cuts. Additionally, in between the same cuts, Glenda's hand grabs one of the skewers on their plate.
Continuity mistake: When Jennifer walks into the den area to talk with Glen and Glenda at the start of the episode, Glenda's hand changes positions throughout the first part of the scene. In the shots facing away from them, their hand is just hanging all the way over the side of the chair. But in the shots facing them, they're touching the chair's arm with their fingers.
Revealing mistake: When Glen and Glenda walk up to Jennifer and kiss her on the cheeks, Glen noticeably "shifts" unnaturally when they lean. Later in the shot, they "glide" somewhat as they start to walk out of frame. Since Lachlan Watson played both characters and filmed them separately, it looks like they had to digitally shift Glen around in the frame a little bit here and there. It's easy to miss, but if you know when to look, it's noticeable.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Meg is trying to recall the names of the brothers, she says, "Chandler and Ram?" As she says this, Tiffany's right hand goes from on her wineglass to on her knee between cuts.
Doll on Doll - S2-E5
Continuity mistake: When Good Chucky is staring at the mirror contemplating his existence and says, "That means I could hurt you, too," his hands go from in front of his chest to up near his face between cuts.
Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
