An Affair to Dismember - S1-E8

Audio problem: When Kyle says "That's a good freaking question! But we need to kill ALL of them", her line is obviously dubbed in. It's a little too loud and has a completely different sound to it compared to all her other dialogue in the scene.

An Affair to Dismember - S1-E8

Deliberate mistake: Right after the credits, we see an establishing shot of the mayor's house but it's a reused shot from episode four from when Jake and Lexy snuck inside, just without the digitally added smoke. What gives it away? The fact you can see Jake and Lexy at the bottom corner sneaking in, wearing the clothes they wore in episode four, even though they're already inside and wearing different clothes.

Halloween II - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: This is hard to describe. When Chucky gets tased, the way the bomb he's holding flies through the air changes between cuts. It's quickly cut, but noticeable if you pay attention. First it's behind Chucky (right in front of Gary's face), then it's in front of him but he flies in front of it so it's behind him, then he lands and it lands in front of him.

Halloween II - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When Lexy is descending the stairs to the living room where Chucky is waiting, at one point, it cuts to Devon, and you can see Lexy in the background stopped and watching what's happening except in the previous shot and the next shot where you see her, she's still descending the stairs and hasn't seen them yet. (Seems they took a shot from later in the sequence and cut it in a little earlier).

Halloween II - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When Lexy pulls out the pills to snort in the bathroom, the position of her wallet changes between cuts. Additionally, the bottle top goes from off, to on, to off again between cuts as she's grinding the pills.

Halloween II - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When Lexy leaves Jake and Devon behind to go to the bathroom, she leaves the room and pulls the door shut behind her. However, between cuts, she rotates 90 degrees and is facing the other direction as she shuts the door.

Halloween II - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When Lexy is talking to Jake and Devon in the morning, and Jake brings up how unlikely it is to be a prank, when he says the words "two feet tall", Devon goes from looking down to looking sideways at Jake between cuts.

Halloween II - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: When Lexy says she "feels like she's been demoted" when Jake asks about her new home, she goes from having her arms crossed to her hands in her back pockets between cuts.

Halloween II - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: During the therapy session, when Michelle is talking about all the things Junior "destroyed", Lexy is facing forward, then turns to look at her. In the next shot Lexy is facing forward again, then turns to look at Michelle a second time.

Other mistake: After Jake checks the front door with the knife, Devon video calls him. Jake's video signal is displaying a low-angle shot, but at one point, the camera cuts to him holding the phone, and the way he's holding it doesn't match the angle we see in the video feed.

Halloween II - S2-E1

Continuity mistake: After Jake gets the calls from Chucky and the doorbell rings, he grabs a knife and rushes towards the door. Right as the camera starts to follow Jake down the hall, watch the lamp on the right side of screen. You can very briefly and subtly see the shadow of the camera move over the lamp and wall behind it for about a half-second.

Goin' to the Chapel - S2-E7

Trivia: SPOILERS: In season two, episode seven, when Father Bryce explodes and it is shown over and over from a multitude of angles, it is a direct homage to the 1978 film "The Fury." At the end of that film, a character explodes in a similar fashion, being shown over and over again from different angles. Series creator Don Mancini has discussed how much he enjoys "The Fury" in the past, and has thrown in some subtle references to it in the "Chucky" franchise.

More trivia for Chucky

Answer: They were blamed for the death of Jake's foster brother, which was deemed a terrible accident, and they were sent to the reform school as a punishment. Presumably, when they had to leave the reform school given what happened, they were instead given community service as punishment.
