Continuity mistake: While Beth and Susan are at the restaurant talking about Susan's company, in the shots facing Susan there's an ashtray beside the salt and pepper shakers, but in shots facing Beth that ashtray has vanished and in its stead are cigarettes and a lighter. (00:06:40)

Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford walks over to Chris Jenk's airplane there are no tape marks on the ground near the wing, but when Rockford hands Chris his briefcase, there are two small black tape marks on the ground, one by Rockford's feet and the other where Chris had been standing in the previous shot. Continuity mistake: At the airport, there's a wheel chock wedged against the airplane's nose wheel when Chris climbs into the cockpit, and as Rockford walks away we hear Chris starting the engine, but in the next shot that wheel chock has vanished to allow Chris to steer the airplane forward, toward the taxiway. Continuity mistake: At the airport, when Chris is in the cockpit of the "blue and yellow single engine" the aircraft's N-number is N8825H, but when Chris is on his way to Oregon the airplane hits the water, and its tail number is now N4372K. (00:27:10)

Continuity mistake: When Rockford is with Agent Kleinhoff on the tarmac, the airplane Rockford boards has N-number N664CL, but the airplane that takes off has many more windows and a Canadian flag (it's not the 70's Air Canada logo) on its tail; then the plane in midair has N-number N953GA. Mid flight there are more discrepancies in the airplane's configuration. Finally, the airplane that lands has the original tail number N664CL. (00:06:35)

Continuity mistake: When Rockford first sees Christine during her photo session, in the wide shot Christine is brought a glass of wine which she holds in her right hand while the white flower is in her left hand; then the wine glass and flower switch hands in the next closeup. This change continues to occur in following shots. (00:18:50)

Visible crew/equipment: While Jim and Lance stakeout Teasdale's house they see what looks like the delivery of guard dogs. Lance takes that as a sign of the big push, and when he drives off the reflections of lighting equipment and crew member, wearing a red shirt and sitting on the ground, are visible on the surface of the car. A Good Clean Bust with Sequel Rights - S5-E6

Visible crew/equipment: While Falcone is with Seales, the reps from the consumer groups confront Falcone about his toys. When Seales says, "Our toys have a psychological counter-violent quality," in the next shot just as Seales starts to walk toward the reps, we can see the head of a crouching crew member moving in front of Falcone. (00:33:55)

Trivia: The bio on the back of the book (unsure when it was supposed to be printed, let's assume that copy is from that same year) says that the author was born 58 years ago. The man we see dead at the beginning of the episode looks several years younger. The picture used at the back of the book is from actor Guy Williams, who was almost 50 at the time.
