Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford and Sky go to Mac Grunning's address they use the stairs to head up to his apartment, and in the hallway before they enter 314, the movement of the boom mic is visible at the top of the screen. (00:35:15)
Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford shows up at the hotel suite expecting a "secret witness" Lt. Chapman tells him Angel's in bed, and as Rockford walks toward the bedroom, the actor's black tape mark is visible on the carpet where Chapman had been standing. (00:08:40)
Visible crew/equipment: When Rockford leaves the motel room he gets into his car, backs up and beeps, then as Angel dives into the car through the open window, we can see the reflection of crew, camera, boom mic, boom operator on the surface of the Firebird. (00:32:40)
Visible crew/equipment: After Angel dives into Firebird through the open window, Rockford ends up chasing after Kane with sirens following, and when Rockford pulls over at the side of a road, we can see the reflection of the crew and filming equipment positioned beside the car. (00:33:55)
